At first I was regretting coming in today because I work nights and I really shouldnl be asleep right now. But I thank God that I did. Katherine is definitely a great member advocate. She offered some sound advice and helped me clear up my issue very quickly. I came into this bank worried and angry and honestly she approached the issue in the best way.
