MidFirst Bank W Boyd St, Norman

Pretty good. The personnel is extremely friendly and efficient - the place itself is tiny but it's exactly what you want - it gets things done. Only inconvenient, and it's related to MidFirst, not to this shop, I did not see any MidFirst cashmachines as I traveled outside of the State. I also love to being able to simply call on the phone and to be connected with them pretty quickly, in spite of what some reviews seem to say over here. I absolutely recommend.

I love this location. The ladies who work the front are always helpful. They take care of everyone's needs as quickly as they can. Some of these complaints are not the staff's fault, but the company's possible flaws. The women here always a delight. I've been with midfirst for a long time now. I have no complaints so far.

Although the staff are friendly, which is just an American thing I think, the bank itself is rather terrible when it comes to closing your account. After attempting to close it and being told it was closed. I later found (a month) that the account was still open. Frankly this should be illegal, but since America has decided they dont need a government, you cannot follow any kind of sensible legal action against the practice.

Staff are friendly and service is fast. I would give it 5 stars, but they never sent me an ATM card after I asked for one twice.

They just charged me 6 bucks to cash there own check wow obviously this is not a bank to deal they said i could open a account and i probably would of but i cant bank with someone who charges 6 bucks to cash there own check wal mart only asks 3 what since does that make im PISSED

MidFirst Bank is a wonderful company to work with. Every interaction we have had with the presenting staff and those behind the scenes have been incredibly pleasant. They are incredibly involved with the community. Each year, they donate thousands of dollars to the community, and change the lives around them. We are fortunate to know the individuals involved with MidFirst, and we cannot wait to see how they impact the community in the future.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Called twice and got put on hold by the computer. Was calling to schedule a appt to open a account but ill pass.

Great place for banking. I have never seen bank staffs as friendly as they are. Love going there for my banking needs.

Though stuffs' attitude are OK, I have to say the bank has a very bad regulation, always seems try to deduct money from my account, this happens several times. I have lost over $ 150 to them in only 1 year. I can't believe why they run a bank like this.

Great staff and they can print debit cards in office!
