I've always have had good experiences at Lowes until recently. Accidentally, I wrote a check from a closed account. The minute I realized it I went to Lowes n wrote a correct check. But instead of notifying me of anything they immediately turned it into a collection agency. No notification of any kind was given to me. Now I'm trying to get this straightened out and guess what, no one can help me. Awesome, right. So now my over 800 credit score is in jeopardy. Great way to run a business and ruin someone's credit. I saw what I did, corrected it to no avail. Now I have no idea where my new check even went.

We financed our vehicle through them. They implemented a new online banking system and our auto payments were discontinued without our knowledge. Because of this system glitch, our payment became past due and we were charged a late fee. We tried calling several times and no one will answer the phone. We tried at all hours of the day but can not seem to get a live person to assist. Avoid this credit union if you want actual customer service.

The new system apparently means that my wife can't have the same level of account access as I can (since I'm the primary member). That is....quite the design choice to make.

Purchased through this Credit Union and I had an exceptional experience. They made the process very easy and convenient. Paeris was my loan officer and she went above and beyond on this purchase. She even called the sales manager to ensure that we could pick up the car that day. She is super sweet and very good at her job. I highly recommend buying a car through here and ask for Paeris!!! Thank you!!!

Very friendly staff and well knowledged on helping you manage a good credit. They make me feel comfortable with any questions I have. You can tell the staff loves their job. I don’t see myself banking with anyone else. Clarence help me in every way he possibly could and I am very satisfied with OU Credit Union.

THEY LOST ALMOST 1500 IN CASH I DEPOSITED...MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND...AND THEYRE NOW CLOSED SATURDAY. I couldnt believe it. Lost my money(i did get it back). I was nice and didnt make them do hand recite just email. Welp email never came nor was my cash posted. Upset all mothers day weekend. Then they act blasie valley girl as a response instead of extremely apologetic. Told me it " was a glitch." People what glitch causes that? I deposited CASH. Didnt even need to process a check!! Between that and the rude tellers who think they are sassy and this being the third time in 8 years I'm done. Ended my account with them today and transferred to bank I can trust THATS OPEN ON SATURDAYS FOR EMERGENCIES. If you can read all that and still want to trust them you are far more braver than I with your finances. For the non fool hearty go elsewhere.

I do not know how this credit union represents OU. This bank has no atm, and limited hours on Saturday. In addition customer service representatives do not answer the phone. OUFCU decides when they want to post deposits without contacting members, and charges back to back fees even when members explain the issue at hand. The branch manager Paris is of little help, and could care less about resolving issues.

OU has been the absolute best place I’ve gone to get any type of loan. Clarence will work with you and manages the branch as an owner would. Whenever I deal with him, I feel as if he wants the best for me, which is a rare trait to find. I will continue to be loyal to OU and I recommend them to anyone. You will be taken care of and in good hands, I can assure you that.

If you’re not getting your car loans from OU Federal in general and Paeris specifically, you’re doing it wrong. She explained everything at every step along the way. It was practically an automated experience with a personal concierge. The single most pleasant car financing experience I’ve had to date. Would recommend.

It would be nice if they answered their phone.at 11:15 a.m. on a non-holiday Thursday or pretty much any other time I've tried calling them during business hours.
