Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Main St, Norman

The worst bank in the history of banks. Can’t deposit cash into my wife’s account because “anti money laundering”. Can’t cash a check because “anti money laundering”. They open late, close at 4pm, and are closed on Saturday and Sunday. How exactly am I supposed to get added to a bank account so I can deposit funds if you’re never open when people aren’t at work.

This is quite possibly the worst bank in the world. Everytime I come in here you wait for 30-45 mins because they have 1 teller. hire more people. Everyone in there seems like they don’t want to be there. If I could give negative stars I would I don’t know that this is the bank of America but I do know that it is the worst bank in America this place needs to be shut down. No drive-through at all Not to mention they’re ridiculous hours don’t open until 9 AM closed every weekend closed by four every day most people don’t even get off of work until five or 6 o’clock this bank is totally worthless. Save your valuable time by never coming to this bank.

Spoke w a manager in Norman location about 4 FOUR (yes four) farud accounts opened there in my name. pretended to transfer me twice. disconnected. what a joke.

Long line, no drive through service, and stupid policies. Will never step into a Bank of America again!

they don't ever answer their phone. they don't care to help your needs. I wouldn't recommend any one to bank with them. I'll be switching as soon as I can. Like literally have nothing but bad reviews on them. half of them are the same. no one answers the phone and how they steal money from you.

The worst branch ever. They change schedules without prior notice, never answer the phone, and during the pandemic they decided to close completely for weeks leaving us driving 10s of miles to complete our financial needs. While Chase bank during that time was open for longer hours and at all locations. Really i am considering changing banks because of this branch.

This Bank of America branch used to be great. However, service level has gradually decreased over the years. It takes ages to get helped and the hours this location is open is extremely inconvenient. Other banks provide the same service but much, much better

Had my account for over a decade. They charged me $15 to write a check out of my own account! Highway robbery. My FCU acct charges me NOTHING to do a cashiers check for me. NOTHING. I will be moving all of my money elsewhere where they don't rob me for write a check. BYE.

Bank of America is a nightmare!!! I opened an online account a few days ago. I transferred all of my money onto it and deposited a check via their app. This all totaled $2,000, every penny I had. I found out yesterday that they closed my account on the basis of “fraudulent activity.” Nothing about it was fraudulent. Yesterday, I was jumping through hoops on customer service to no avail. I went into the branch today as a last resort way to collect my money. Hyung, the very rude teller inside refused to help me get my money, I explained everything to her. She gave me a phone number to their account closure department (who I had already spoken to) and literally told me that she was refusing to service me. I called the number in my car, the gentleman on the phone told me to go back into the branch and that he would tell her that it is her responsibility to call them. I went back in, waited in line, a line formed behind me. When I was up next, she shooed me away, telling me to go sit down and that somebody else would help me. Finally Tyler helped us, he was an amazing worker, and got me most of my money back. Banking is not supposed to be this difficult. All of my transfers and deposits were honest. I will be contacting their higher ups. DO NOT BANK OF BOFA!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have the worst banking hours of any bank I've ever seen. Severely understaffed and it takes forever to do anything there. I made a large cash deposit on a Monday and by Thursday it still had not posted. My account ended up over drawing by hundreds of dollars once my house payment hit. When this happened it pulled a bunch money out of my savings to cover it. I called the Branch directly and got a rude woman that told me I would have to come into the office as they could not fix this over the phone. So your telling me I have to leave work so I come in and fix your mistake? This place is joke. Bank anywhere else but here! I'm currently in the process of leaving them and taking my business to BancFirst.
