My experience at this dealership was a very positive experience. My salesman Mike B. was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. The process of trading in my vehicle was very smooth, they were more than fair with my negotiation. The management staff made sure all my needs were met with great conversation and smiles. Financing was quick and painless, he was super professional and was informative not pushy. The truck I bought is very clean and carefully inspected. 5 star dealership all the way!

Ali hooked us with a sweet deal. We were very pleased with how he negotiated for us and handled the whole transaction. His honesty and optimism was definitely praiseworthy. I have have a couple of horrible car buying experiences. But this one… I can’t give enough stars and kudos to this dealership. Sonja, my rockstar of a saleswoman helped me trade the Jeep I owned to getting me into something much cheaper and efficient that better fit my lifestyle. This woman is amazing, she went above and beyond many times to help me as much as she could. She is a sweetheart and gives it to you straight. No bs. She even continues to help and keep in touch after my purchase of my Passat. Their mechanic Jamie, is also awesome. He went above and beyond to help me out as well. I would give this dealership a chance if you’re looking for a vehicle. 10/10 would recommend. Best car buying experience yet.

The salesperson was readily available when I reached out for information and very friendly. I was there a little longer than I expected, but the people were very accommodating during the wait. I spent some time negotiating, but left happy with the deal that was made. The sales manager was great once I got down to the final piece of negotiations. And financing was super fast once I got in there. Great place.

Would not recommend for service. After being informed by a service tech (Jacob) that the issue I described was a normal 4 cylinder trying to negotiate a hill after his 10 second assessment, I attempted to contact the GM. He was "on vacation" until Monday. Asked to speak with the next in line, I was greeted by a manager. After describing my issue (another 10-15 seconds), this manager related that this problem exceeded his knowledge base. He placed me on hold to speak with the used car manager. Waited for 5 minutes and the transfered call was not answered.

I went in just to look but end my day out walking away with a new car!! If you need any help and have a budget this is the place. Carlos really helped and was a great salesman. I’m a college student and he understood that I had a tight budget and helped me through the whole process. Honest and hard working people!

I couldn't ask for a better dealership or a better saleswoman (Sonja)! We've bought 3 cars from here in the last 4 years. It has been nothing but smooth sailing each time. They do us right and it's proven since we keep coming back for more! My first Santa Fe was bought in 2018 but I was involved in a head on collision 5 months after we bought it. The safety features alone were what brought me back to purchase another one. This most recent purchase wasn't expected but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I shared a photo of the collision, 3 cars the one that caused it was texting and driving and hit the little gold Lexus into my lane... 50 mph! The next is the one we got this week! I would NOT recommend this place. After driving 5 hours I was called and told that the car I was coming for and had been communicating with a salesman about for days had been SOLD. They said it was sold before I ever even inquired about it but yet the salesman, Jacob, and sales manager, Cliff, were going over numbers with me over the phone. another sales manager (who I think said his name was Frederick, but when he stated his name it was hard to understand) called and offered to give me a deal on another car but they didn’t have one to the specs I was looking for so I declined. I originally wasn’t going to say anything, but I tried to contact the business to get reimbursement for my gas (since I drove over 600 miles both ways for a vehicle that was sold and I was never told until almost there). When the sales manager who offered me a deal called me back I could tell he was annoyed. I told him I needed a GM or owner and why I was looking for reimbursement. He was giving me the run around and saying “it was an accident” which I understood. I was not angry. I just wanted reimbursement since it was their accident. Finally I told him if we could not come to an agreement I would leave a review stating the truth about what happened. He immediately starting yelling saying “say what? That there was an accident? You’re not gonna sit here and threaten me!” At this point my mom jumped in and tried saying “sir” to which he yelled, “Oh no I sat and listened to you. Now you’re going to listen to me!” When he realized it was my mom he immediately got quiet and very respectful. He was okay bullying a young woman but not her mother. He ended saying I could call and talk to Cliff, the original sales manager. So the next day my mom and I both tried calling again to speak with a GM with no call back. We have called a total of 5 times and still no response.

What can I say? I decided to go and "see some cars" and I ended up driving a brand new Kona two hours after. Ask for Hunter when you visit, he's the best! He's very patient and full of knowledge. 5/5 experience overall. 100% recommended!

Buyer Beware! Don't get taken for a ride. This dealership is insane with markups over $7100 on top of MSRP. They're willing to "negotiate" to a little under half, but if they can negotiate that then obviously their markups are not because of market or income loss. Shop around, save yourself the money and refuse these shills the "added value" markups. No issues with employees, just price structure.

Not worth the time to stop. I found a truck on their site and confirmed that they still had it. I told them I was on my way to test drive it and was told who to ask for. Ali. I get there, and they spend the next 30 minutes walking back and forth he was talking to several different people. Finally someone told him that it just sold, so I left. I thought it was bait and switch. I went somewhere else and bought something else. So, today, they text me and ask if there were any other questions. I ask if they still had it, and I was told that apparently it was a loaner, someone returned it today, but the will not sell it for the internet price, it is now 5K more, and it has to be financed through them and that the day I was there (noon on Saturday) their service department was closed so they did not know it had been loaned out. I checked the website, the service department takes appointments up to 2PM on Saturday. Do not trust them, they will try a bait and switch, and if that does not work, they will say oops, we have it, but will not sell it to you for what we listed, and you must finance it through us. What a way to give a dealership a bad name of having lying sales people!!!!!!!

My husband found a vehicle online and called about it. He went to test drive same day and it had a couple things that needed to be fixed. They fixed them and called us to come test drive. Told us they would honor the internet price. We wanted the vehicle so they started the paperwork. They came back for us to sign and finalize the agreement when I noticed the sell price was $2k+ more than we had agreed. We pulled up the online price and showed the guy 'doing numbers' and he said "that's that website price not our price. Let me see ...'clickity click on the computer ' ok we can do that" Great almost 3 hrs later we finally got to the finance department, which only took 5 minutes to sign and finalize the deal. All in all, it was a pretty quick process for how many people were buying the same day but it could have been quicker and little more professional. Wish I didn't spend half my day sitting there... UPDATE: They did fix one of the parts that needed it but they just turned off the service engine light, instead of fixing that issue as well. The light came on 3 days later, the part was $50 and less than 3minutes to fix. My husband is very car smart and when he took off the part, it was the original, so we know they didn't fix it...

I will never recommend anyone do business with this dealership. I purchased a car 3 months ago, and have just now received the title and a check from a trade in only after fighting the company the entire time. Multiple times several different employees at the dealership promised and assured me that my check and title were in the mail and they’d arrive soon. After calling the corporate office we were told the title was at the office the entire time because the address was not included when it was mailed by the dealership. Then, we were told a courier would bring the title from corporate to the dealership and we could pick it up. The dealership told us the courier never showed, when they in fact did bring the title but the dealership lied and said they hadn’t. Finally, after multiple calls to corporate and a call to the CEO of the company I am getting my title and check so I can finally get my plates. Ross and all of his associates that helped him lie to my face about my title deserve to be fired, and I hope they are. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I would rate this place a 0 but it won’t let me! I was ridding with a friend of mine from Louisiana to buy a car that they said they were holding for her. Drove 6 hours there just to find out they sold the car out from under her! Then tried to tell her they sold the car before She even found the car. TLDR: this dealership’s online pricing was $10k less than the actual price they were selling the car for. All with no online explanation that this was the case. Was not told this till I was about to buy the car. Dealership posted a used Kia Sorento at an Internet Special price online on their own website and several other sites. I called, told them I’d be paying cash and asked if the price online was what I’d pay and was told “Yes. Come down and test drive.” Test drove car and was ready to purchase. Sales guy asked me how I was paying and wrote down cash. Did a couple of manager visits while we were haggling then we got to the point where I signed his offer sheet. He went back to his manager again, comes back and says the “internet price” means I have to trade-in a car worth at least $5k and down pay $5k and finance through them (telling me I can’t actually pay cash for the $10k less price). I asked him where on their website, or anywhere it says that, and he could not find anything. They would not sell the car at the lower price. Furious, I left. Since then this dealership has had salesmen call me everyday since I walked out (4 days ago at this point) asking me to come back in and retry the car, but all with the same story that the price isn’t the price after I tell them about my experience. I get that a dealership has bills to pay, but don’t scam me and waste my time with false claims about pricing with no online justification or explanation of the pricing structure.

DO NOT GO HERE! SHADY SHADY SHADY! Back in February I bought a car, unfortunately a deer totaled it 7 days later. After purchasing the vehicle I had to wait close to two months to get the title just to file my claim only after calling multiple times and finding out they were waiting on the lien release from the old bank. After finally receiving the title and filing insurance I attempted to file my EXPENSIVE gap insurance(I was under the impression you had to wait to file gap after you’ve filed with your insurance company) that I found out was cancelled without my acknowledgment!? No one at the dealer knew who the person who cancelled it was and tried to gaslight me saying that they can’t just do that and they didn’t. 5 weeks i got put on hold for hours, sometimes only 15 minutes before someone would pick up and hang up the phone. 5 weeks I was told someone would call me back in just a few minutes to figure it out. 5 weeks!! 5 weeks later and the refund of the expensive gap insurance was sent to the finance company finally however because they cancelled before I could file I now have to pay the remaining balance that gap would’ve covered had they not cancelled it.

TL:DR = horrible service, lack of care, price baiting, ultimately untrustworthy. Went here today after some in depth online shopping. I was ready to buy today. My wife and I looked at this truck for about 15 minutes without anyone coming to help us. Look around for a while trying to find someone (unusual for a car dealership) they weren’t busy. After walking and driving around I found a guy driving who said he was a finance guy and couldn’t help me but directed me to a building. There a nice guy met me and helped me drive the truck. While we’re driving he tells me the price isn’t what you see on the internet it’s higher. I was like , ok well that’s kinda misleading. I find out it’s 10k higher than the price on Autotrader. I asked to speak to manager. Manager was too busy so he printed out a piece of paper to have the salesman show me. not the salesman’s fault. But they lost my family’s business for good. I will tell everyone I know not to do business here. ✌️

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. Drove over 2 hours to view the car only to be told when I arrived that Fred, the Manager, had loan the vehicle to a friend without telling his sales team, I was furious at the waste of my time. Dreadful customer service and communication. I'm sure this review will change nothing at the dealership looking at the template response other reviews have received, however I hope it will help other customer to beware!!
Sorry that happen to you! Sometimes Managers do loan out vehicles for service customers and over night test drives if they are in the market to purchase. This dealership just charged my son 30 percent over msrp and did not give him credit for the 3000 down as the paper work shows. He has excellent credit and got 3.1 percent interest. I am apalled by the price gouging and do NOT recomend this dealership to anyone. I am going to call the local news channels tomorrow and see if they want the story. Absolutely appalling!!!!! It's actually 37 percent over and he is 21 years old. Hard lesson learned for someone who has done everything correctly financial to accomplish great credit.

Jacob was wonderful at answering all my questions about the CPO 2019 Sonata I was interested in. We went for a test drive and he showed me how to use the different drive modes. From the time I stepped onto the lot to the time I left the lot, with the car, two and a half hours. Best buying experience with buying a car. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on the lot as well as about the vehicles. I would use them again and I recommend them if you're looking for a new car!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They had my bank send $1,099 more than I was supposed to pay. It took a month to get anyone to talk to me. Said they sent a check! That was a month ago!!! I also just got my title 2 weeks ago. 6 weeks late. Got a ticket for an expired tag. Oh also I never got the check. I’ve called and asked for Anthony countless times. And he won’t call back!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! Also the truck I bought- they said it didn’t have hail damage but after I got it washed IT DOES!!! ALSO THE FREAKING TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER 500 miles!!! They are liars and don’t trust a word. It’s pathetic and they should be embarrassed. $1,099 is a lot. There wasn’t a -10 review.

You have to beg to buy a car. After buying the car it is impossible to get the title from them (so far it’s been three months) AND still waiting for the $3000 in cash for trade in. Numerous calls and no one calls back. Salesman was Ross. (Writing on behalf of purchaser).

I bought a car there in April a little Kona that they said was new but it seemed to have 3,100 miles on it the sales guy couldn't explain it. They charge you a doc fee of 590 my salesman said they did that on their car so that went to the pot for the managers for a year in bonus sounds like a nice bonus. I wanted to pay cash for the car but they wanted to charge me $4,000 more for the car if I paid cash for it so I had to finance it I gave them $10,000 and some first third Bank back East somewhere it took me to I a cashier's check on the balance I owed and took me 3 months to get my title. By financing it I had to agree to let them sell my name phone number and everything else anybody that wanted it that sounds like questionable business practices to me. I would never buy anything from them again.

Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware)! They overcharged me by at least $5,000 for a new Sonata, based on the MSRP. Stay away from them. UPDATE 03/09/2022: I was asked to reconsider my review after action had been taken by the dealership. To the best of my knowledge no action was ever taken by the dealership. I even contacted Hyundai USA about the issue and was told they have no control over their dealerships (does that make sense?). As an elder Vietnam veteran (78 at time of purchase), I feel like I was taken advantage of due to me age, as well as simply ripped off by their predator sales tactics. I'd give them a ZERO if I could.

They had the vehicle I was looking at online and quickly took me to see it. My salesman Ali Osama was charismatic and eager to please. Both GMs, Fred and Clint, spoke candidly about the ongoing challenges the auto sales marketplace was facing and were still able to give me a fair deal on the car. They worked hard to reach financial terms I could live with, and Nick their finance guy was also very helpful. I went there and traded in my 2010 Honda that works just fine for a 2016 Hyundai Azera. The salesman assured me that it was owned by an older man and had no accidents and just sit in the garage. When we started talking to the salesman we told him we didn’t have a down payment but we had trade and he told us it was fine just to be told after picking the car I wanted and went into sign papers, he then told me I had to put a 2000 payment down. After I already told him my situation and he said I didn’t need a down payment, just my trade in. After receiving my AZERA, I’ve had nothing but problems my alignment was off. My electronics are messing up. AND FOUND OUT IT WAS IN A WRECK BEFORE AND THE SALESMAN LIED TO ME! This being my first car buying experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone! I can’t even trade the AZERA in for a different car with a different places because they WAY over priced the car and I owe more than it’s worth. So no one will give me the worth Bc it has been in a wreck on CARFAX

I bought a Hyundai Palisade from a salesman named Garrett. I was told my car would arrive in 3 days. After 6 days I reached out to him. It was delayed. I was told he would deliver my car to show me all of the bells and whistles and to help get my car app set up but instead a driver was sent to deliver it and nothing was done to help me. I did not receive the financing I was promised snd had to call back to get it redone. The finance assistant, JT was so mad that he had to redo the paperwork that he abruptly hung up on me. I was promised by the head manager Bob, Hyundai all weather mats. He agreed to that in the sales deal. Upon receiving the car there were no all weather mats. I notified Bob. He had some cheap Auto Max mats mailed to me. I had to call again asking for the custom Hyundai mats. They said these were what they promised which were not. Bob was extremely rude on the phone. I could not believe how a manager treats his customers. He was quick to always rush me off the phone or transfer me when I was still trying to talk to him. Typical car salesman type! After calling back several times to get the correct mats, a copy of my correct finance paperwork, and to get my original tag from my trade in mailed back to me I think I can finally wash my hands of them. Bob, Garrett, & JT are not at all there to help the customer. Only there for the money. Once that’s done they are through with you. What should have been an exciting purchase was very disappointing. I wish I had not bought from them. Don’t make the same mistake.

One star is way too much for this dealership. Selling cars during this time is difficult I'm sure and buying one is even worse. I fully expected to pay at least sticker value. Prices are sticker or higher due to the low volume of available vehicles. This place gave me an offer yesterday that was absolutely insane and I walked out. Today, they emailed me and told me that they had one and they would sell it to with out the "dealer additives" and it would be black instead of white. When I arrived, the salesman told me to take it for a drive and I did. When I parked it, I made a walk around the vehicle to find that the entire back left panel of the car, including some of the rear end had been completely buffed out. White buffing powder and buffing streaks covered the ENTIRE panel. When I told them about it, they both denied it had any damage and they didn't know it had been buffed (insert laughing face). Then the manager came out and said "well it just got out of the shop this morning." So they DID know and were trying to pass a brand new car off to someone and thought they would never know. When I asked them to sell me another one they said, "no we can't for that cheap." "We can give you some gas money to make up for it." Mind you this car was $49,600 sticker price and I was getting it at $50,500. They knew that I lived 2 hours away and I was coming to get this vehicle. I understand hard times as I am a healthcare professional. However, you do NOT blatantly LIE to people and think they wont find out. Cars a big purchase and selling a damaged car is NOT OK....at least inform the person. If you are looking for a 2021 Hyundai Palisade, DO NOT buy one with the last 6 digits of this VIN, 319367. Unbelievable!!!!

We had been trying to find a 2nd car for a few weeks now. We had a nice down payment but everyone wanted a trade-in. I was literally about to give up when we decided to check at AutoMax Hyundai. Just wow! James was amazing to work with and made the whole process easy. He was very patient with our crazy 2 year old and with my million questions. They have had a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon Limited Vin# KM8J33A24HU346596 listed for at least 3 weeks and viewed by over 700 people, that is not available for purchase. I went in last night (11/8) to buy this vehicle and was told by Avi that "it had just sold" not five minutes ago. But the car is still listed for sale this morning. I gave Avi my number despite the fact that i knew that there was not another vehicle that i wanted there. He called about 10 minutes later stating that there was a new volvo that might fit my needs and they just got it "not five minutes ago". But the tuscon is still listed today. So i called this morning and was told that it was unavailable despite being listed for purchase. So i asked how do we know what cars are available and which arent since its not marked as sold and she did not have an answer for that. Im gonna come back in a week and if that car is still listed I'm reporting them to the bbb and no I would not recommend doing business with a bunch of liars and time wasters

They sold my van to someone else even though we had an agreement and I even gave a down payment! Full story below: I made an agreement to purchase a mini van from them and even gave a down payment. I told them I would be back in a few days with a cashier's check for the remaining balance of the full purchase price (I need to make some transfers and order the check). Every day I emailed and updated them and remained in contact about the situation. On the day I was ready to complete the purchase with the cashier's check they called me and told me they sold my van to somebody else! This is so unprofessional and shows a complete lack of integrity. I will not be coming back.

I *surprisingly* loved my experience. I have had bad car buying experiences in the past, and I was hesitant to go to a dealership. I was surprised with how kind, helpful and knowledgeable our salesman (Austin) and financial person were (evening shift). I was happy with the management, and I was treated well by other employees. Austin was very personable and knowledgeable. We waited about 1.5 to meet with the financial person, but once we were in there, he really cared about us and even shared knowledge to help us in our financial future. The management was kind and I feel like I got a good deal.

If I could give this dealership negative stars I would! We had a horrible experience overall from our sales person Nick, to the sales manager Jerry, and the GM Daniel was the rudest person I think I have ever dealt with. Not willing to deal on any price. We viewed the vehicle at about 8:30 at night ( which during this time we were told multiple times by Nick with a shoulder shrug that we could buy the vehicle or not buy the vehicle he could careless either way) and they called us at about 8:45 to offer us a “deal” on the vehicle and to let them know in the morning. I text Nick that very next day at 8:30 AM to see if we could get any other deal at all and didn’t hear back for several hours. My husband and myself tried calling the dealership to speak with anyone about getting the vehicle and couldn’t get ahold of Nick or Jerry any time that we called. About two hours later I received a very rude text from Nick saying that the vehicle was being sold later that day and they didn’t need “our” deal. Not about an hour later I received a text message from their customer service department asking about my experience. I kinda ran through it with her and she proceeded to tell me that the vehicle was not sold and that no one was scheduled to even come and view that vehicle. So after this knowledge we once again tried calling the dealership to try and get in touch with someone to let them know we did want that vehicle. I didn’t receive anything back from them until the next day saying that yes the vehicle was sold. I called the GM just to express my frustration with the situation and he told me to not be mad at them but “ be mad at myself because I was the one who didn’t take the deal when it was offered, and the whole situation was my fault.” I have NEVER dealt with anyone so rude and arrogant. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I will tell all of my friends and family or anyone I know buying a new car to stay as far away from this dealership as you can. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to any other Hyundai dealership to buy your vehicle!! The dealership we ended up with was wonderful and treated us exactly how it should be when buying a brand new vehicle!!

As this was my first time buying a vehicle I was unsure of what to expect. Mostly preparing myself for the dealership horror stories I’ve heard, it was actually the exact opposite. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a salesman, Ali. He was patient with me and explained everything adequately to ensure I understood. Keep in mind I asked just shy of a million questions 😅 Since I didn’t get to the dealership until late I ended up keeping him there two hours after closing. Neither him nor the financial manager ever acted annoyed. Since it was after closing he used his own money to fill my tank with gas! Something that’s not a requirement, but definitely appreciated. I will forever recommend them and purchase again in the future. I highly recommend requesting, Ali, as well. While young, he is a very knowledgeable and professional salesman.

Under the current pandemic circumstances and chip shortage problem, it was very hard to find a right car at a right price. I searched and contacted more than twenty Genesis dealers in Texas and Oklahoma. I found that the majority of the dealers charged a premium, market adjustment, or some kind of their own packages such as detailing fee top of MSRP due to the current situations. The Genesis of Norman was the only one of two who did not add any of those extras, and they had my car incoming a few days. That led everything very straightforward and transparent. As I lived in Texas and took nearly four hours to drive there, I dealt everything over the phone. When my car and paperwork were ready, I drove there and signed a few documents. There were no hassles, no headache, no scratches, no alterations, and whatsoever. Rick Dunn was the sales specialist. He provided me all explanations and updates promptly. His professionalism and kindness were exceptional. Tim and JT in the finance department were quick and superb. I have bought six cars at all different dealers, but Genesis of Norman is top of my list. Thank you yaall!

I gave 2 stars because I had a good experience buying my Sante Fe but have had a few issues with the paint chipping and peeling. It is all being covered by the warranty but my biggest problem has come from the service department getting me in and supplying me with a loaner so that it can be fixed. I keep getting the run around every time I call (for months now) to see about getting it done. The paint is peeling from an area that peeled before and they fixed it only for it to peel again. It gets worse and worse and I can't get it in to be fixed. It is our only vehicle and is used to get to work so we need a loaner. I will update this review if things change.

Horrible horrible horrible! Don’t buy a car here unless you want horrible customer service, horrible service and excuses. I will never purchase another vehicle here. Wish I had paid attention to reviews. Service dept is horrible. Car is marginal. I have never had a Hyundai and won’t ever purchase one again. May not have been so bad if dealership backed you up and supported through excellent service but rules change every time I bring it in. There is enough stress in life without purchasing $25000 dollars worth. I have had to service this new car more than once for unexpected issues. Last time I barely got it in as it broke down on my way to work because it wouldn’t drive over 30 mph the guy asked me if I had an appointment to bring it in because they were busy. Really???? Who plans for breakdown on new car. They had it for almost a week because an injection coil went out on new car. Not first issue and sadly won’t be the last. Took car today for scheduled oil change and they changed the frequency on that so wouldn’t do it. What a waste of our time! Not how you take care of customer. Run!!!

Pretty pathetic! My mother in law lost her husband and her dad in January. She came to your dealership to sell her more expensive vehicle and get in something more affordable. She has been waiting for her title since February.....every time she calls she gets the run around. I called yesterday and was assured I would receive a call back.....guess what....no call back! I have been around the car business my whole life this is absurd! Now you tell her this morning the lien was done wrong and she needs to be refinanced! This place was terrible. They didn't show us any of the cars we asked to see. Yes they we on the lot. They refused to tell us any of the prices of the cars. The sales man also said we had to do a trade in if we wanted to buy a car. When we said we were done because they wouldn't tell us the prices of the cars. We tried leaving, he came back out to our car. I said we are done and leaving. He tried saying something,I asked him to leave us alone. He said you're on my land. I then said you are stocking us and not letting us leave!

We had a sales person who was doing their job, and trying to close the sale with us. The problem is, and many of you may be able to relate, when you call ahead and ask clear questions about a vehicles exterior condition (is it hail damage or not, for example) and you are told that there is no hail damage, you expect that to be the case when you get there. That's the whole point of calling ahead and trying to vet a car. Long and disappointing story short, we arrived and met with our salesman. We reviewed the vehicle and in fact it did have hail damage. I'm not going to knock the kid for trying to make some money, but this place definitely lost my respect for flat out having folks lie about the condition a car is in. They just want customers on the lot, and that is just a grimey tactic in 2022. Can't recommend based on our experience.

I saw a car listed at $21,480 on one of my search apps. I called and a young lady confirmed that price. It actually gives you an option to look at all the fees and the out the door price on the app. It gives you an option price for a loan and a cash option price. I was ready to buy with cash so the cash price was 22k and some change OTD. I drive an hour in a storm yesterday to Norman thinking that the price is final as the young lady said when I called. Mind you the car has been there for a year, 337 days to be exact. I get there and the gentleman let me drive it and then present me with a $27,000 price. That’s a 5k difference. I showed them the app and all the information on there and they refused to sell me the car at that price. They didn’t even bother to go lower than the $27,000 OR even close to the advertised price. Wasted a whole evening dealing with them and I will never recommend nor go back. The salesman was really nice so that’s the only reason I have 2 stars.

Let’s start off with the positives. I genuinely just tried to come up with some positives but nope. I was assisted by a few different reps here over a couple days. Looked online ahead of time so I knew what and where, chatted with someone virtually. First time I pulled in and looked at cars. Absolutely no one helped me. Though an employee wondering by mentioned it seemed no one was coming to help me. I should have walked away then but I needed a car and they had the better options atm. I left and thought maybe I’ll come back later. Got home and was asked in the online chat if I was gonna stop by. Told them I did and no one bothered to help me. Was apologized too and told to come back. I came back. One of the 2 cars I wanted to look at had no key. It “was lost or something” and the other car had more juul vape pods then miles. They attempted to clean it and still missed countless vape pods. Test drove it. Fine. Asked about other car. Got a run around about no key. Finally they made a key and informed me “it was specially made for me”. At this point Jacob (in training but “knows the boss”) is being rude and short. I got the test drive over. Only for him yo tell me they won’t finance that vehicle and when we put down a less then advertised blue book value, we were told they would sell it no problem at what they want. No deals. So we left. At home, here come virtual chat person asking how it went. Explained and was told Jacob had no idea what he was talking about and magically we had a deal, not a good one but a deal. 2 weeks later. Issue. 2 weeks later issue. 1 week later all 4 tires have to be replaced because metal is showing. Discovered by moving a small piece of hose, crack in engine. Needless to say I moved on from that car and found a better deal at the OKC location where I was treated with respect and got an amazing deal. Trust you intuition. This place is a joke unless you buy new then warranty will save you at least that headache.

Came in to see a vehicle advertised that costed 23k. When numbers started, they charged a 12k dealer markup. Not a typo -12k. They were trying to sell a car for 12k above MSRP. I will say, my salesman was extremely helpful and knew the vehicle line. However, their managers think it is acceptable to charge $35000 for a $23000 vehicle.

I worked with Chris Cirillo on a purchase of a 2015 Honda Pilot. Chris was great when it came to the price. When it came to getting the paperwork for the VEHICLE TITLE, I made sure to put my WIFE'S NAME on the paperwork so it would be my wife and myself on the title. Chris told me to NOT WORRY ABOUT IT that it could be added at the tag agency. Yeah, it can be changed, once I get the VEHICLE TITLE and then get another TITLE for $40. I should have known better. Now, I get to spend another $40 because I was misinformed. I am NOT HAPPY about spending another $40 and having to wait for months to get the title the WAY I WANTED IT TO BEGIN WITH AND ACTUALLY WROTE HOW I WANTED IT TITLED ON THE BUYER'S ORDER. So... BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERTHING YOU ARE TOLD. CALL THE TAG AGENCY FIRST. MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK THAT THE TITLE IS EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT. Other than that, he did a good job.

That is an illegal bait and switch practice, also, would not trust anyone to sell me a vehicle that can't manage a simple website in a reasonable time frame. I can honestly say my internet purchase was a pleasurable one. It started by an email inquiry with Jennifer Aguirre responding to questions almost immediately. I was contacted by Sergio Chavez who completed the transaction via email / faxing. With a credit card deposit the car was mine. Now the fun part...road trip. Flew from NJ to OK and was greeted by my sales associate Austin Miller. A very comfortable and professional experience was established to complete my purchase. Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, he accommodated me with a substantial road test confirming everything was working as described. The beginning of a 1400 mile drive back home started with a solid 5 star rating for this dealership and ended with a very happy wife.

Extremely unprofessional, knowing I'm 2 hours away they set me an appointment to look at a vehicle they didn't even end up having, when I asked why the appointment was set and I wasn't notified of the mixup the receptionist told me he "doesn't get paid enough to deal with that". So I asked to speak to a manager who hung up on me, when I called back, they hung up again, very unprofessional and doesn't look good for a dealership considering I can't imagine the treatment I would have gotten if I had bought something from them and had an issue.

Then to tell me that all dealerships are doing this is also absurd. I left and went right down the street and purchased a brand new vehicle at msrp. Will not visit this dealer again.

The service department did a poor job. Poor communication about costs. Charged for balance and rotation of tires which was not completed as stated and as I was charged for it, easy to tell due to the dirt I had on my tires before service. Levels of fluid were suppose to be topped off and were not, as well as tires were not filled to their expected number for air. Raises concerns that they didn’t complete the oil change they also charged me for.

Pulling into the new service department was breeze as I was able to pull straight into the service drive. My service advisor greeted us instantly and knew what were there for, thanks to the online appointment scheduling. I had several employees text and email me regarding the car I was selling. Asking me multiple times to come in because they were interested in purchasing. Upon arrival I met with Kevin. After the car was appraised he offered $17,500 but only as a trade-in. I said I was not interested in trading nor would I accept less than $20,000 which he said he would see what he could do. I told him what car I would be willing to trade, but more interested in just selling. He said I could get a better value if I just sold it vs trade-in, but then only gave me an option to trade. He goes and comes back and asks me if I’m ready to make a deal. I did not get to test drive the optional trade, I was never told the price. Then I was told my Ss# said I was deceased, and I never gave them permission to run my credit.I asked the price of the car and he came back with a loan evaluation- I guess I’m not dead after all. Anyways, the loan evaluation was still pricing my trade in at $17,500 even after I told him I am not interested in that price. Which would put me upside down in my current loan. Not to even mention that the potential car I would trade for was ridiculously over priced with total hail damage. Just make sure you do your own research on your trade and what you’re purchasing. I also was never told what the interest rate would be.

Hunter Conaway did a great job in getting me into my new Jeep Compass. We did most of the deal "virtually" as I work nights and have a difficult time taking care of business during the day. When I arrived on Friday to pick it up and sign my paperwork, the process didn't take very long and I wasn't pressured into purchasing a warranty or anything else. I was simply asked if I wanted a warranty which I replied "not at this time" and that was the end of that. The vehicle is exactly as described. At first I received an offer for my trade which I thought was a little low but they worked with me on it and ended up giving me a fair price for it. Got locked into a 3.99% interest rate. My advice is payoff your car first if your going to trade. That will give you a little more leverage and don't be afraid to put some money down. More money down equals a lower payment. I am looking for a 2016 or 2017 toyota camry with low miles. They had one with 38k priced at 18,288 advertised on car gurus. I messaged the dealership on a Saturday stating that I wanted to come test drive the car and scheduled it for a Tuesday morning at 10am. Around 9am Tuesday morning I get a text message and an email to confirm my appointment. I confirm and send a text back stating that I would be a little late. Mind you, I live 2.5 hours away and was already an hour down the road. Then they send me a message that the car I was coming to look at had been sold. I woke up at 6am on my day off and drove an hour for nothing. They asked if I was interested in anything else and sent me another camry with 30,000 miles more priced at 22,000. I turned around and drove back home.

People were nice but service was not that great, the car I bought was being sold as hail damaged only but there was body damage hidden behind rear bumper. Also due to a clerical error during the financing process after 30 days I still have not received my welcome packet from the lender. Very little to no support from the dealer whom made the mistake they just brush me off since they got my signature.

I want start by saying this dealership gets it right!! Nothing but love and respect for the type of business they are promoting. The process was a massive headache, most of which was probably not the dealers fault. Currently there seems to be a shortage of the particular kind of car that I was looking to purchase. Things that the dealership could control were. Better attention to detail in the detailing process. There was glass in the seat of the loaner I received. Albeit it was dark when I got into it. However, I did end up with glass in my rear. Clean your dealership Clean your bathrooms ASAP. Don't tell a customer that you have a vehicle that you do not have. Getting it from another dealership? Secure It, before you tell the customer that they have bought it. . Hunter Conaway was quite patient in putting up with my frustration over the process. A week later, and I finally have my car.. not the color that I wanted, but my car at the payment I was willing to pay.

Our car buying experience was absolutely wonderful! February 2021. Our sales person Hunter was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We weren't pushed to make a quick decision and he was very understanding in us wanting to take some time to look over everything and ask all the questions. We left fealing confident in our decision and had as much knowledge as they could give us about our new Tuscon. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great service! They went above and beyond to find my car. They didn’t have the color that I wanted and they found me one and went out of state to get it. Easy to negotiate and financing was a breeze! Also they gave me a great deal on my trade in. Will definitely go back when time upgrade again.

Absolute worst car buying experience. Got a santa fe on june 1st, was told everything from trade-in to title information being received (so I can register vehicle in Texas) would be squared away in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to worry about incurring fees. It's now July 3rd, I've called over 10 times, never got a single call returned, no one has been able to give me any information about my title information or why my trade-in hadn't been paid-off after 3 weeks. I'm now incurring fees on both fronts. Staff has been an absolute nightmare, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I've actively deterred anyone from buying from these people in Norman. And for frame of reference: I got my wife a car at Carter County Hyundai and they had everything squared away and done within 2.5 weeks, no hassles. Go there instead.

I had the best experience buying my new Santa Fe!! Hands down I had the best service from Hunter. He was so friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure if we’d buy that day, but Hunter helped us find the right SUV and we sealed the deal! All the way from walking on to the lot to signing the finance papers the experience was superior. The icing on the cake was Billy helping me set up my Blue Link Hyundai App. I really appreciate the time Billy and Hunter took to make sure I was knowledgeable about my car before I peeled out of there! So I went to the AutoMax in Norman to look at buying a Hyundai Elantra after buying one for my wife two weeks earlier at Bob Howard Hyundai. When I got there, no one greeted me outside nor inside. I had to go find a salesperson just to get help. I am giving them 2 stars because the sales person James, was very helpful. When it came time to talk numbers, they made a high offer as you would expect and we countered with a reasonable offer to start based on what I paid for my other Hyundai. They came back and said nope, that our offer was way to low and we could take their offer or leave. So we left. I have never in my years of buying a car had a place refuse to even negotiate at all. Not sure how they have stayed in business selling like that.

After visiting a local genesis dealership and waiting over 20 mins for a sales person to leave a sales meeting to help me I was upset about the service and drove 40 mins to genius’s of Norman. I was greeted by Kendell who treated me like I was king of the dealership. Very kind and friendly. He treated me as if I was family and not going to take advantage of me. I would buy 10 cars from him and the everyone at the dealership. I truly would suggest everyone visit them before going any other place!!! Great customer service!!! They had me in and car purchased in less than 2 1/2 hours! Truly 10 stars worthy.

just purchased a new palisade, as our new family vehicle from Haze, here at AutoMax Hyundai Norman.., and I must say the experience was truly fantastic. Haze, walked us through the vehicles features, thoroughly. He knew the vehicle, inside and out. He has done his homework. Heck, the young man even kept our children entertained during the paper signing portion of the purchase. Would never buy a vehicle with this dealership. Vehicles was listed on their website for $49,975. Once talking with the sales rep, the price was $62,349 ($10k over sticker plus $2k nitrogen tires, tint, etc.). on your website, but them trying to charge $62,349. Sales rep said “people are willing to pay it”. Very deceptive in my opinion. Look for another dealership. We found another one that is currently selling at MSRP, but not over or with added stuff to inflate the price.

Always happy with the service and friendliness of the team in the Service Center. Quick to take a 'walk-in' service call as my daughter was home from college and needed a quick service. Was always kept in the loop as to the status of the service and costs. Very quick turnaround given the unforeseen service investigation on a faulty valet switch. Don was courteous and knowledgeable and I believe the service team does great work on my older Equus and keeping it running all these years.

Do not use this dealership. They told me one price then uped it once an agreement was made. The sales manager Fred was horrible and reneged on the final offer. They are trying to sell hail damaged vehicles at full price. If I could give lower than one star I would. F#$% this place
