I have been a customer at this branch for several years now and am so glad I switched over. The tellers are wonderful! They are polite, professional, and helpful. Jennifer Moses is the greatest! She is very friendly and always recognizes my husband and me, even over the phone. This is a great place to bank and I highly recommend them!

Brianna Lackey has been helping me since I start with this bank last year when I used them to purchase a second vehicle. I got her again recently when refinancing my car to get a lower payment and interest rate (thank you COVID!) Not only was my payment dropped by almost $100 I also got the added treat of not having a payment until next year. It was extremely easy and I was even able to go inside and talk with her in person, which is what I prefer, and then we completed everything via email. Fabulous bank and great Customer Service even in a time when people are apt to complain or make things difficult with Bri it was like I was a celebrity. “I’ll take care of it all” #bri2020

The young man who “helped” me was extremely rude as he smacked his gum in the drive thru camera and was uninterested in helping me at all. I take care of a lot of my parents affairs and was simply trying to get more information, during the drive thru transaction he was apparently done helping me and walked away completely. The entire time acting as if I had interrupted his day while I was the only customer there. I would not bank with these people ever. I can’t wait to have this loan closed out to not have to deal with this.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Would highly recommend NOT banking with this place (or any other branch of this bank) for any reason. Cashing a check (a check from their bank) was difficult and they charge you a fee. Employees were rude to me every single time I went in (probably close to 10 times). Treated me like i was there to rob the place, and this was before COVID had everyone wearing masks. DO NOT BANK HERE! If you get a check from someone that uses this bank, just deposit it into your bank account at your bank. And don't be surprised if they hit you with a random fee.
