I enjoyed working with Michael Forslund on getting our mortgage loan. As first time buyers, we were skeptical at first, but his professional attitude and explanations made us feel comfortable to work with him. He gave several valuable advices and made excellent plans to make sure our property acquisition went through. We started talking in the summer of 2021, and ended up purchasing our house in March 22. Through out Michael kept in touch with us regularly on a bi monthly basis initially, then more often towards the final weeks of the purchase. Overall everything was explained and well handled, I would highly recommend Michael for new buyers in the market.
