Kimberlee went waaaaay out of her way today to help me with an issue that was not necessarily something that she should have needed to help with, but she wanted to. I was locked out of the account because of a glitch that had an old phone number showing an alert to validate the user. This required so many navigations within the website and she overcame each one patiently. I felt so badly that she had to spend over 90 minutes working through all the hurdles! I am so grateful for the personal service that comes with having a connection to a local community bank. Thanks Kimberlee and thank you FSUCU for your personal and professional service! You are the best!
