They tell lies after lies. They pulled my credit and then sent it to 6 other companies and allowed them to pull it too after they told me they only deal with their own banks and that my credit would be pulled once but instead it was pulled 7 times. The attitudes are horrible once you decided it’s the dealership you are comfortable with they will talk to you like you below them. They handle multiple people at 1 time so while I was being helped the sales guy Edgar would get up in the middle of assisting me and go help the next person and did the same to the person he walked away from me to help.

I brought a car & added a good review after completing my process because the car salesman asked me to post a review. But today I received my first bill, I’m realizing that I am not as satisfied as I put on my first review. My finance charges are 3 times more then the salesman and supervisor explained. Coming to realize that the supervisor did not give me the full finance details. The price that was broken down to me is within my budget & what I was expecting to see on my bill. Very poor service & very unsatisfied with the situation. Be sure to ask more questions & do not let these people bribe you into getting a car from them.

The worst dealership ever!!!!!! Very unprofessional. Very untrustworthy. Multiple employees called and text me for 3 weeks straight asking me to come to their office. They told me that I was approve with zero down payment to come pick up a car when I arrive everything ended up being a total complete lie. I wasn't appove. Also the brakes slide and the alarm doesn't ring when someone breaks into this vehicle. I will be posting pictures.

I tried to let the good outweigh the bad . When it came to the reviews specially when it was only a few bad reviews and a lot more of good reviews. But I should’ve listened to my gut feeling and stayed home . They told me I was pre approved and that I didn’t have to put anything down . They had my social already which was the most important piece of document they needed. When it came down to this whole process. Yet they let me waste my time going all the way to Miami only to be disappointed and let down . I know my credit isn’t so hot right now , which is why I went to MCC. They advertise that bad credit is okay as long as you can prove that you can afford the car . I’m not a boujee person . I was looking into this Honda I seen on their site and I told him that . But it seems like all they care about is trying to get you to get a car that they know is out of your price range. So that they can mess you up more . Dude is trying to tell me that I need a co signer in order to get approved from the bank for $56,000 . Who said I was looking to buy a car that high when y’all have other affordable cars . They don’t care about you for real . But they sure do act like they do. Will constantly call and text you until you show up to the dealership only to be disappointed and let down spent over $60 on Uber only to go home empty handed.

Bought 2021 Nissan Versa. It turned out in a few days, the engine intake manifold (safety issue) was severily cracked. I was denied to return a car, denied the severe issue to be fixed for dealer's cost (car can't be sold like that in the first place). Upon requesting to recall GAP insurance, i was told to email something somewhere and maybe in who knows how long i will get portion of the refund. It's not what i was told initially when they highly encouraged me to buy GAP coverage. Advise you guys avoid this dealership👎

Watch out for what they try to sell you, all of their cars typically have structural damage and they’ll barely mention it or try to dismiss it as much as possible. They are a scam, and an extremely low-end dealership, watch out you you deal with, most sales rep are very deceiving.

Sold me a defected car, initially said they would not take it back but the GM called me and told me to come in and they would give me my refund. They said it would take 2-3 business days to hit my account. When they first swiped my card, the transaction said pending as any other return normally would. The next day there was no trace of the money being in the process of going back into my possession. Keep in mind they not only have my down payment, they have the car, and they are ignoring me on every platform possible. All I want is my money back so I can take it to a place that isn’t run by scam artists. Oh and the cherry on top is they currently have the car I purchased from them listed online as available ! Don’t go here. The headache this has caused and is continuing to cause until I get my money back or at the very least a CALL? Come on. This business is terrible.

If I could rate this car dealership, I would rate it zero. If you want a lemon buy it from here. I bought two cars from here, and they were both worse than a car from 1980s. They all break within three months, the second car I bought a warranty, being naive. Within 3 months my Jeep Cherokee broke down, took it to their shop under warranty from them. The car came out worse than I send it. It's incredible, how they are able to operate and sell useless cars in Miami. This is entire operation after being a customer for more than 6 years is fraud. Please stray away from this place, their body shop put my life in danger, they said they fixed what I took it in for and what I paid for ..this almost cost me my life. It's an embarrassment for them and their mechanics on how unsafe they deliver cars. Please if you value safety of your family stray away from buying cars or get any work on your car from their body shop. ITS NOT SAFE.

I saw all these great reviews got recommended to come here. I was told that this dealership will work with u. I did a pre approval and was contacted by one of the associates that works here. I explained my situation with the car I wanted to trade in. The person told me yes come in! We can help you! I drove from Fort Lauderdale to Miami just to get disappointed. Required from me was $4000 down or a co-signer. I mean I wouldn’t feel this way if I go to a dealership in Fort Lauderdale n got that answer. But leaving to drive miles for nothing is frustrating. I thought I would go and be able to feel happy and write about a great experience. I was turned away just like that. Nothing like that ad!

Well I came to miami car credit yesterday with very low expectations... after dealing with carvana and other places I was really down cause I had no cash for a down payment and horrible credit aswell all I had was my 2011 dodge charger to trade and that car was in bad shape from ware and tare.. my salesman Mr. Joao and the rest of the staff there helped me out and found a way for me to drive off in my new car a 2016 hyundai tuscan. And very close to the terms that I was looking for as well.. these guys are amazing and they got me a loan with one of the best banks as well which will help me rebuild my credit overall if u need help to get a car this is the place. Scam, Scam,Scam. What they advertise is not what they deliver. Every one leaving those reviews are probably employees family and friends and so on. Buyer- be -ware!!!! They are gonna ask for thousands upfront!! There always going to ask for a co-signer. If you do decide to go with them stay clear of sales mam EDGAR!! I am not going to get into deep detail but just giving you heads up!

Jose The manager is a great person he will do his best to get you the best deal possible. They have many banks which they work with.Tommy the salesman was good just laid back and straight forward, no pressure, I was able to drive A few vehicles around with or without salesman’s. The deal was great at a budget I can afford. I was able to buy two vehicles. I was short on time due to work and the got the deal done at a appropriate time. They work well under pressure.
