Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Nw 2nd Ave, Miami

The most irresponsible and inconsiderate and disrespectful bank I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I (I’m a female) had an appointment for Thursday at 12pm, they call me at 11am to tell me their system is down and that they will call me by 11:30 am to inform me whether or not the system is back up and to reschedule if necessary. No one called me back so at around 3 pm I GO to the bank and explain the situation to the assistant that helps you when you walk in. She schedules us an appointment for the following day (Friday at 11am) with Cidny. Friday comes and my boyfriend and I are here at the bank at 10:58am. A man walks over asking if I need help, I say I am here for an appointment. (I then recognize his name tag says Cidny) and I say “I was told my appointment is with you.” He proceeds to say there’s no way we have an appointment with him because he has another appointment with someone else at 11. At this point I am furious and I am explaining that this is the second time that they have done this. And as I am explaining myself CIDNY CUTS ME OFF, TURNS TO MY BOYFRIEND, AND STARTS TO TALK TO HIM AS IF I’M NOT THE ONE SPEAKING! I’m guessing because I’m a woman he felt the power and need to speak to my man???? Are you kidding me ???? So disrespectful. On so many levels. Needless to say I continued to speak and expressed how irresponsible their team was and we walked out. The most terrible experience I’ve had. I NEVER write reviews, but the disrespect that CIDNY provided is boiling my blood.

Their ATM just swallowed my credit card, the sceen said "we can read your card" and turned red with the permanent message "ATM is out of order"!!! And i had about 4 more incidents with them during 2021. 👎👎👎 Stay away from BOA💩

The worse branch I've ever been too. I dread every time I take my 90 year old Grandmother to this location(who shouldn't be standing so long but has to because you can't sit and the drive thru is permanently closed)....and this was prior to the pandemic. COVID-19 only made them slower with a justifiable reason this time. The bank hours of operation has been cut and it's always packed. They only have 2 tellers working which I think is a disservice to the customers. A poor reflection on their leadership team. I wish I could give it zero stars...Do better!

This Branch offered the worst customer service you can imagine. I hope not all Bank of America offer the same customer service. To start with the line is always long, there's never any parking, there are not enough tellers, the tellers are rude, and they are always coming up with some crazy policy new change. Piece of advice please avoid this specific branch. They deserve a negative five star.

If there was a way to rate it a negative 5 stars I would. The service is as slow as molasses. During a pandemic they leave people outside in 93° heat but there’s two people with keypad waiting at the door when they’re only letting in one or two at a time instead of multitasking getting behind a counter and getting through the line quicker. I have five lanes for a drive-through that has become a parking lot permanently because they’ve never been utilized.

I went to this ATM today and it too part of the money i tried to deposit and it completely swallowed my card. I’m still having a hard time contacting the bank. This was a horrible experience.

IS THIS BANK IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS. NEED TO GO TO GET MY DEPOSIT SECURITY BOX ITEMS. THANK YOU

8/23/2019- By far the worst bank I have ever attended. Might I add it was hot as hell and waited an hour and 20 min for someone to assist us with a new account. In return I left and sent our business somewhere else to another bank . Losing new customers to the competition is the reason why they are low on the banking side. Get your Bank Together.

This location is a disgrace, line is always long with only 2 tellers working nonstop while a bunch of supervisors or managers stand around doing nothing. Most people go there for the teller assisted services but all you get is bunch of supervisors walking around like they doing something but they’re not doing anything that benefits customers. If your time is not important to you than go ahead and pay them a visit, but if you can avoid this location please do so. I wish I could give them negative stars

This location is VERY slow I mean most of the bankers walk around and chit chat rather then attending to a lobby full of customers. Insane to wait over 30 min for a temp card when I’m the second guest here and it’s 3 bankers sitting at their desk. Want faster service try another location,this isn’t my first time here but definitely my last at this location
