I pawned my phone but I lost my wallet. I met the store manager who allowed me to use my phone so that I could cancel my accounts and write down some important phone numbers. I love this value pawn! This is the nicest one and the cleanest by far!

I visited this pawn shop while with family today and the staff D, Troy, Yuliana are really nice. They offer this new thing called Flex Wallet but I refused. All in all clean place, a lot of choices and I will return when I have more time to shop. My family stated this is the place to go to get great deals and at my age I need all the deals I can get. I love this place. I came in a few days ago off a friend’s recommendation and i was thrilled. They have so many things for a thrifty shopping lover Iike myself. Everything from purses to sneakers to headphones etc. The staff was so friendly. I met four staff members that were so quick to help me decide what to splurge on. Store manager Evelyn, Mike, Crystal,and D were all incredibly attentive. Super helpful. Store was organized and prices were so affordable. I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes and even a cheap saw for my boyfriend. Next time I might buy a ring to treat myself. Thank you all for your service. 5 stars!! You guys rock 👏

Very professional. Everyone who works there are always polite and extremely helpful. Junior the store manager dropped my layaway for 3 cents because the employee that took my payment shorted the amount so it dropped out for sale after 4 days and they sold it and of course it was done on purpose because it was a hot item a play station 5 … I’m highly upset the store manager wouldn’t give me the district manager or regional managers information and isn’t going to give me my money back that I paid towards it which. Was $440.63 or make it right without me coming back to Miami

I’ve literally had the greatest Pawn experience here at this specific store. Out of all the Value Pawn Shops that’s I’ve visited this one is very down to earth I felt at home like family. I was able to get the money that I wanted as well as I was able to find some really fly shoes for an very low price. Great for my budget.

I came in this store today for the first time. I was happy to see they had so many things to buy. I felt like a kid at a candy store. I ended up buying a pair of shoes and a drill for work. I was in a rush to work so I couldn’t stay long but I’ll be coming back in soon. I was attended by a store manager and two female staff members. They were all so nice and so helpful. Made me feel at home. Store was very organized and full of merchandise. Great job girls ! I’ll recommend to friends
