This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. ATMs are never functioning bank app never works. The bank reps are lazy, I can’t deposit checks without them being removed from my account and mailed back to me a week later, this occured twice. This is the first “bank” I’ve seen that does not have a money counter. I was never offered a card that I can scan at purchasing locations for covid safety. I am closing this account and I will never bank with DCFCU again. I’ve had a horrible experience and would advise anyone else to explore other options

The motto is for members by members however if u really are in need to ANY where but this institution. They do not see people or care about your needs.

Overall I am grateful for my experience with Dade Auto Desk (D.A.D.) auto buying program. Kris helped me with finding the car I wanted within my budget. He searched the auto buying websites for the car I requested and ensured the car was in quality condition by checking the carfax and other necessary details. He delivered my car to a dealership near me. The dealership delivered the car to me at the time and place most convenient. I would not have been able to get the car I have, without his help. He said" I am going to get you a car today". He was polite, personable and professional. The car buying process is easy, only travel is to the dealership to complete the documentation. The loan process is easy as well and can be completed without even going to the branch. The only thing I can suggest is that the loan reps inform customers of the discounts offered on the interest of the loan to members who enroll in auto-bill pay or direct deposit and other details of the loan.

I have been a member of the credit union for over ten years and have always purchased used cash cars. I decided to purchase a new car this time around and I can tell you there is no easier process than using the DAD (Dade Auto Desk). My experience started with my loan officer Ashley who worked super hard to ensure that I had fast and efficient service. Then Ashley assigned me to Kris to find the car that I was looking for!! Between the two of them the process was less than two days!!!! I gave Kris the make, model and color and within two hours I had numbers! Kris got the best deal and I know because I shopped around prior to going through my bank!! I am very impressed and pleased with the service I received! DCFCU #1

By far the best service I have ever seen in any financial institution. Even with this pandemic they seem to have everything under control with the flow of people coming in out. Every teller has been exceptional and have always seem to make me smile when I complete my transaction or deposits. 20 thumbs up I highly recommend this financial institution and branch

The first time I spoke with the DAD specialist, he made me feel very comfortable for giving him the responsibility of finding my new vehicle. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted at a great deal. He also made sure I was in my car before the end of day. He stayed in contact with to the very end. If you looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend you contact Kris the DAD specialist at Dade county federal credit union.

I had by far the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had this credit union! Exceeded all my expectations. Process was easy and flawless. A big thank you to Kris Walters and Ernesto Ortega for playing a huge role. They were both excellent and deserve the recognition. Extremely satisfied customer :)

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He really assisted us to make sure that we were able to get the vehicle that we wanted. He went well beyond what was expected of him. I would recommend him to anyone that is in search of buying a vehicle .

This particular branch has indeed shown Zero respect to clients/ customers. Don’t bother coming in on Saturday because the lack of respect to clients have gone completely to the left. I heard employees complain about having customers on a Saturday morning. The bias of the manager is sickening. The manager opened my account in front of a group of employees while waiting on information about my account. When approached the manager himself was very boastful and deemed not manager like when asked that surrounding employees could give me my privacy on my Acct. Never bank here! Absolutely terrible service while the male manager and male employee intimately shared space. He refused to assist and became brutally irate. I don’t feel safe with these people. I can’t remember the managers name. Will come back to Update

My experience with the auto dade desk was phenomenal. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Kris Walters. I was very impressed on how prompt & professional , Mr. Kris Walter was. I had no issues. Mr Walters made my process smooth and he made me feel at ease through the process. I knew from the short report that was built that he was gonna make my transition smooth. I was looking to buy a new truck using D.A.D through the credit union. I had the pleasure of working with Kris Walters to find the truck I wanted. Kris was very professional and friendly. He found me the truck I was looking for but unfortunately it was out of my price range. I then inquired about a different truck band he jumped on finding me one within my price range. The very next day without fail he found what I was looking for and got everything taken care of me to pick it up. I would recommend Kris to anyone as well DCFCU.
