This was one of the smoothest mortgage loan processes that I have ever gone through. My loan officer was Rick Woodruff, with Metropolitan Mortgage and he was amazing. He kept me up to speed and helped me with the processes and made sure that we were getting the correct information, both coming and going. He helped me get a good solid rate and the fixed terms that I wanted. We discussed options and the cost associated with each. Very transparent and no surprises.
