    Ever since Lenore Privett took over as a manager at this location, service has been improved tremendously. Everyone seems to work hard and wat to help. Even one or two people whom I saw the last two years and not so friendly, have been very helpful and friendly. I have noticed that this manager is very professional and skillful and has high expectations from his team and has been very respectful to them. Everyone appears to work as a team and willing to help customers. The previous managers created stressful, hostile place for customers and staff. I could easily observe that. Kindness and respect is contagious , if a manger is being respectful and nice it impacts the employees snd customers. Before she came to this location, we would go to another location and even considered to cancel all our accounts. I hope Ms. Privett stays at this location. I really hope the hours would extend to 5:00. By the time people leave work, the bank is closed.

    Tried to cash a check from bank of america, don’t have an account so they need two forms of ID, went back home to get 3 forms of ID and tried to call to make sure of course nobody answered. They said that it still wouldn’t work and they wrote on my check.

    Stay away from bank of america. Numerous people stated you can never get ahold of anyone at the bank. I had the same problem. I tried over 25 times in 2 days.

    Delaina Logan was so sweet & patient. I’ve never had a bank account before and she walked me through the entire process to make sure I understood everything and made sure I was all set up before heading out. She also reassured me that if I ever had any questions or concerns that I could always get a hold of her and I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing customer service she provided!

    Went in to make and appointment to do some business with one of my accounts. I didn't have an appointment but Dusty pointed me back to his office and had someone cover the lobby so other customers could be helped. In a few minutes he had helped me and made my transaction SUPER easy. He was professional and personable. He was very kind to help and I was helped way above what I had hoped for. Thank you!

    I have a great idea, I think you should close a few branches completely and then close some more branches on Saturdays. I also think it would be a fantastic idea to only staff 1 teller with no support, especially with 15+ people standing in line.

    Went in to cash an insurance check and they refused to cash it saying they don't cash insurance checks.The check was issued from a bank of America account. What a joke 😜😜 went to the Barry and North oak location and had no problem at all.

    Switched banks online. Stuck money in the new account just for them to lock my account. Also called this store 10x at 9:55 and no answer. WELLS FARGO IS BETTER

    these banks provide very bad services to the community how is it possible that they continue to use this bank it is the most horrible the worst experience of my life I hope to God I will never find a client again who uses this filthy bank

    This was my first time coming in here and last. Only because I closed my account. I have always had issues with Bank of America and I was just tired of the B.S. and then taking my money and then taking forever to get it back. Anyways-this store was very nice and welcoming. I spoke to Lindsey at the counter and she was nice. Just so you know: you need an appointment to do anything with your accounts (other than depositing and withdrawing). Anyways Lindsey was able to squeeze me in somehow and I appreciated that because I work nights and it was my first day off in forever. It seriously only took 5 minutes to close my accounts and another 2 minutes to get my money that were in the accounts. Swift and quick. Even though I am sad that I had to close my account after 10 yrs. this store made the transition easy. 3/5 stars because they were not able to give me the money they were taking out for the past 3 months for having a low balance.
