    My Honda Accord developed a slow leak in a tire during a recent weekend. That Monday morning when the service department opened , I was first in line (without an appointment). The posted notice at the service rep's desk stated "Minimum 2 Hour Wait for Walk-ins". Instead of working early AM, I settled into the waiting area until they could fit my wheel repair in. The lounge was excellent, with enough great amenities to make my wait very enjoyable. Surprisingly, after only an hour, the service rep. let me know my car was ready to go. Service had ran all the usual service checks while the tire was being fixed. Everything was in good shape with no problems. After quickly paying a reasonable charge, I was on my way into work. I highly recommend the service department at Honda of Tiffany Springs.

    Kenny in the Service Department is awesome! He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome of the service appointment. In the past I had issues with another service advisor. Tiffany Springs Honda followed up with me and made sure I was happy with the final outcome of that particular service appointment. It was the one and only service appointment that I have had issues with. Overall I am pleased with the service I have received on my Honda. I have been taking my Honda to Tiffany Springs since 2018.

    I wanted to take a moment to give some feedback regarding Honda of Tiffany Springs. I have been using them for several years with three different Honda's: Civic EX, Odyssey and now my Pilot. Kenny, a service writer, is the man. He has taken care of me the last two times I have been in. Recently, I was going to drop my car off at 7am and get a ride to work. I arrived at 7am to drop off and instead of having to come back later, Kenny worked with the service people and I was out at 815 with all regular maintenance done and a quote for getting my brakes done. When the porter is available, he is a friendly and great representative of the dealership as well. I hope to have the continued pleasure of dealing with Honda of Tiffany Springs for my service and possibly new car needs.

    The service advisor, Jason Fry, took excellent care of me and my Accord when I brought it in for an A service on 19 Apr 22. Making/changing the appointment online was easy. My wait time was very short. Besides the oil change, the all-points inspection showed I needed to change two filters. Jason used coupons brought in by another customer to save me money. As usual, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. I have had my 98 Accord and its replacement, a 2013 Accord, serviced @ Tiffany Springs Honda for decades. One of the main reasons I continue to return is because Jeff Hudson, the service manager, runs a very professional service department.

    Service advisors here have always been knowledgeable about the issue I need repaired. They are polite, friendly and keep me informed of the progress of my repair while I wait. It speaks well of this dealership since my car is actually a Ford we bought on their used lot. Beyond compare, this is by far the BEST dealership I’ve ever used!

    The actual service of having my oil changed was fine - very quick, in fact. However, every time I make an appointment I am quoted one price on the site and when I get to my appointment the rate is higher. Also, I do not ever get coupon offers until AFTER I've been to Honda. Since these coupons come through right after the oil ha been changed they are expired by the time I actually need an oil change.

    First off thank you Honda of Tiffany springs so much for not just being run like a business but understanding customer concerns. My experience with them was when my car battery died under warranty on New year's Eve this year and Kevin Selvidge who is a service advisor told me to bring it in on the spot vs. waiting for an appointment. I would have been without a car the whole weekend. So, he did what was right and got that battery changed in less than 30 minutes and got me out of there. You are awesome Kevin and thanks Honda of Tiffany Springs.

    Jason Fry is the best service technician I've ever encountered. Fair, level headed, and offers great advice on how to tackle certain problems. We will always bring our vans to Honda of Tiffany Springs as long as he is there. He definitely cares about customers, and is honest about work that needs to be done. In this day of poor customer experiences in the service industry, Jason is the exception. I wish all the techs cared about the customer as much as he does!

    I have been bringing my 2010 Honda CR-V to Honda of Tiffany Springs for the last 8 years and have only good things to say. Their customer service representatives, technicians, and other staff have always been friendly, efficient, honest, and accurate. Prices are average for a dealer, but the work far exceeds others I've been to in the past. The waiting area/lobby is large with a TV, free wi-fi, beautiful fish tank, clean restroom, and is often stocked with coffee and snacks making the time spent there comfortable and pain-free, even on the rare occasion when I've had to bring my young kids. We will be moving out of state very soon and I am sad to know we won't be able to continue servicing my vehicle with this dealer. Thank you, Honda of Tiffany Springs, for taking such good care of my CR-V!

    I don’t give very many 5 stars because eventually you will be disappointed about something. That’s a reality. I rated Honda Tiffany Springs 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the intake people that I’ve dealt with have been courteous, informative and have not tried to upsell me. I’m no saying they have not made suggestions for services to keep my vehicle in good working order, but not in a high pressured way. Recently, I had an oil change and they suggested I have my brake fluid changed and tire rotation. My Civic is 5 years old with low mileage but I didn’t think it was an unreasonable suggestion. The service was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way.

    Justin was so helpful. We knew that finding a van might be tough with the chip shortage, and he gave us lots of info about our options. In the end he helped us get a van in the color we wanted (that was being discontinued) and with even more features than we were originally planning on, for roughly our original planned price. 10/10

    I am currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. My former vehicle that was tied up in the case starting giving me problems last year and I have just been dumping money into it to try and fix all of its issues because I was convinced I wouldn’t be approved to purchase a vehicle while in an active bankruptcy. I received a letter in the mail from Honda of Tiffany Springs for a fresh start program specifically tailored for people like myself. They were able to get me into a 2020 Nissan Altima with very little down and affordable monthly payments. The experience was so smooth we decided to trade in my fiancé’s 2017 Ford Fiesta for a 2019 Honda Civic with NO MONEY DOWN!!! Britney and Jenessa are fantastic and we will definitely be purchasing from them from now on.     March 7th we made a $500 deposit on a car. We were taken to a board and was told by the sales person that we would have the car towards the end of April/beginning of May. We were told that we would receive weekly updates about our car. We were then told our car was being built around April 16th and ready about two weeks after. We have texted to find out an update since the car should be here and was told it hasn't even been built yet. The sales guy told us last week it was built and in Indiana waiting to get picked up. Talked to the manager and his response it, this is how it is. We get that things have changed but the lack of customer service is awful. Found out today that it is just now being built and will have a VIN this week or next week. So nothing but lies. Also, we were not told our deposit was non refundable. So we could be waiting 6 months at this point. Awful customer service. So disappointed.

    We have purchased 3 hondas from tiffany springs. The servce has been outstanding, HOWEVER, it is next to impossible to speak to someone when making an appointment. I think they have a call center that is worthless. Once I get the appointment, everything is very good. Good people. Making the appointment is difficult. Wish they could get better at that.

    My brakes suddenly started making a horrible thunking sound when I applied the pedal. Scared to death, so I called to see if they could squeeze me in for service. They didn't promise anything over the phone, but I brought it in with the hope that they could figure out the noise. So grateful that they were about to look at the problem and fix what was wrong. Thanks to everyone for easing my fears.

    I just come here to get Honda filters and oil and I'm always surprised that the price from a dealership is actually cheaper than many auto parts stores for certified Honda oil and filter. The biggest thing for me is I can walk in and not get mobbed by sales reps. Instead a greeter at the door asks how they can help-when I say "just parts" they leave me be and point to the parts department without any attitude. Pushy car sales reps are the reason I don't like setting foot on dealerships but this one reflects why Honda is awesome.

    not happy with service, battery died after 3 months of having a certified preowned crv, called to tell them about it, told me sure it’s covered and bring it up, so i did. i arrive and wait an hour and a half for them to tell me it’ll be 180$ to replace. says it’s not covered under warranty. usually have a great experience with honda, but this was just wrong to me. very unhappy. i’ve bought my last 3 cars with honda, but this may steer me to another dealership for my next one.

    I came in for an oil change, transmission fluid flush, and brake check. It took longer than I planned on but they kept me updated. When my van was finally done, they were apologetic and even gave me a discount to make up for the 5 hours I was there!

    Came in on my Birthday to get an oil change and tire rotation. Have been in here before and had excellent service and very quick turn around time, usually around 30-45 minutes. My appointment was at 10:00am, I arrived about 5 minutes early and was not helped until almost 10:15. I kept getting told that someone would be right with me. Finally, someone got my information and proceeded. I then waited for 3 HOURS for my car to get done, I was then told my filters were bad, brakes were bad and had a leaky axel seal. No problem, I can take care of the filters, you can get them for much cheaper online and the install takes less than 5 minutes. Whereas a dealership will charge you $50 for each filter if not more. Not a big deal. The leaky seal was quoted at $400 plus labor, I have not heard I’ve had this issue before and am concerned it’s an issue that I do not have. It didn’t seem to be urgent, so that’s not a problem. My brakes on the other hand, I was told my rear brakes were “bad” on my car. The dealership signature is to make up “bad parts” on your car to squeeze your money out of you, I’ve never had that experience at this dealership until now. I replaced my brakes myself less than 6 months ago with high quality brakes and can say without a doubt that there is no way the brakes are even noticeable towards going bad and definitely not time to replace. I feel as if I was one of them that the dealership decided they needed to squeeze money out of. I also replaced these brakes at the same time (front and rear) so my front brakes hypothetically would be the ones to go bad first, that’s not the case. And that is how I know the service center is giving false claims out, my next concern is, is my leaky seal bad? Will they do this to me again? Who else have/will they do this to? Lots of concerns. I then proceeded to tell the service man it was birthday and if I could get a discount. He proceeded to “check the website” and gave me $5 off a $100 bill. I have come into this service center multiple times without coupons and the service man every time has given me a fantastic discount, such as 39.95 synthetic oil change, free tire rotation, etc. I was offered $5 off on my birthday. Which I do not want to be “one of those” people when it comes to requests like those, but with my past experiences with Tiffany Springs Honda I would expect a better discount when I come and visit on my Birthday. To conclude, I was very unhappy with my experience and will probably not return to this location as fear of more lies and false diagnosis looms. This service center has been nothing but great throughout my tenure, but this time, especially on my birthday, was not an experience I was expecting. The 3 hour wait on top of the lies was very disappointing. If you are looking for a service center, I would take your business elsewhere as I am unsure if Tiffany Spring Honda can be trusted anymore.

    Terrible communication with their service department. We purchased our van here and paid for the extended warranty for bumper to bumper. I called earlier this week to speak to a service advisor about seeing if our battery was covered under warranty and after waiting for 15 mins to talk to someone an advisor told me Honda covers batteries for up to 72 months and our car is roughly 36 months old. Came in today to get it looked at and after waiting a couple hours, now I’m being told batteries are covered on their 3 yr 36 month coverage only and I have to pay out of pocket for it. The purpose of me calling ahead of time was to see if I could change the battery myself to save money or have them do it if it’s covered under warranty. I tried to explain it to the service tech and he seemed to care less about the lack of correct communication coming from them. I hope they know I probably won’t buy another Honda because of this, terrible service.

    I have never experienced worse customer service than at this place. Paul Anselmo was my salesman and he did absolutely nothing to gain my trust or my business. He could have cared less if I bought a car or not. I had to call him and ask him to sell me the car. What a lazy sales tactic. I was made multiple promises when I bought my vehicle that were not fulfilled. All to say I was mistaken on what was promised. I did not get a good price for my trade in, despite the need for used cars right now. They NEVER answer the phone or call me back. Terrible! Removing the decal from my bumper and never ever going back there.

    I bought my new Honda at a different dealership and was given 2 free oil changes at any Honda Dealership. As this one is the most convenient for me, I have gotten my oil changed here twice. They are always extremely friendly, kind and quick! I’ve never waited more than 50 minutes for oil change/tire rotation. The waiting area is comfortable as well and they give you an option of a ride somewhere. I will continue coming here even when I don’t have free oil changes! Thank you Honda of Tiffany Springs!

    Awesome experience. I have purchased well over 29 vehicles in my life and I have no problem saying this may have been the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was greeted as I entered the dealership with a pleasant hello and a non pushy sales associate. He introduced himself and asked what what I brought me in. Without haste, he listened and acquired the keys to the vehicle I was in search of. Long story short I was in and out of there in a matter of a couple of hours with the vehicle of choice and without the back and forth that usually is associated with car buying. I explained I had my own finances and the process moved quickly. As I waited in the up to date lounge/waiting area while my car was detailed and prepped, I took noticed to how attentive the dealership employees were to all the customers. Rather you were buying a vehicle or having one serviced, these guys were on top of their game. I could go on and on but I'm sure some of you will have a similar experience as I and others have had with this dealership. I would like to thank Quentin Daniels (salesman) for his assistance before the purchase and during the process. Also he gets a thumbs up for his follow-up a few days later. Honda of Tiffany Springs keep up the good job.

    Honda of Tiffany Springs troubleshot an electrical problem and performed several maintenance items on my vehicle. I was kept informed as they investigated the electrical problem. At the same time they worked to change the oil, brake fluid and improve the alignment. These items were discussed with me before they started work. The battery, alternator, charging system and the electrical draw on the battery were not the problem. A software update was done to improve the electrical system. The service representative was helpful during all of this. The service department applied a discount for the work that was done. The work was done in a timely manner.

    I was very happy with the time spent with the various team members as I purchased my car. There was no pressure to buy and in fact, I was encouraged to spend more time driving the car and making up my mind.     I went in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance to maintain my Honda CR-V. The service provided was very thorough, efficient and honest. I inquired about my brakes possibly needing service (pads wearing down and needing to be replaced) but they came back with good news saying they aren’t there yet. Brakes are still good. They could have said otherwise but didn’t. Every time I go here to get service it’s always exceptional.

    We bought a 2009 Honda Civic for one of kids that's a new driver. The entire experience was excellent and very easy to navigate. Quentin was our salesman, and he was very helpful, kind, and professional. Although the car was used, the dealership serviced it very well before turning it over to us.     I'm leery of going to dealerships, but I decided to bite the bullet. Overall, it was a good experience. I never felt pressured to make repairs NOW, and they were up front and knowledgeable. The customer lounge is a great addition as well. The one negative is that it took 4 hours (with an appt) to get my car diagnosed and fixed (2 recalls and trans fluid change).

    We had a situation with our 2018 Honda CRV that required several trips to the dealership over a two week period, with waiting in-between for parts to come in for the air conditioner. Although we were not happy about the situation, we were extremely happy with Shawn, the service technician who assisted us.     I have been using Honda of Tiffany Springs for service on my Honda's for over ten years. Several times they have diagnosed issues that were easily and inexpensively fixed instead of selling unnecessary parts and labor. For example, my Honda Pilot steering was catching and making a clunking noise when turning and I thougt it might be in the steering box. Instead of a $1500 + repair, they found the column just needed to be taken apart and greased for less than $100. They also post online and mail coupons for service that have saved me well over $1,000 over the years. Super friendly and knowledgable service writers and techs with a great waiting area where I can work remotely while my car is being worked on.

    Made an appointment to have a crack in my windshield repaired on the service website. When I arrived in person, the gentleman the greeted me confirmed that there is a crack in the windshield (No kidding) and told me it wasn't a service they offered anymore and told me to go elsewhere. If it's a service not being offered, take the option off the service website. If you can't removed it, it would have been nice to have been called and informed it couldn't be repaired before I took time off work and spent my gas driving out to the dealership. Wouldn't recommend. Looking into ending my lease early and getting another car elsewhere. UPDATE: Honda of Tiffany Springs requested that I contact them regarding my negative review. When I called, I was sent to voice mail. I later received a call from their Web Manager, whom I missed and left me a message. Instead of responding and addressing the issues I listed above, she left me a lecture on my voicemail explaining that some services aren’t offered because it is beyond their capabilities and there is nothing they can do. I didn’t bother contacting them again. I’ve since ended my lease early and gotten a new car from another dealership. Tiffany Springs used to be my preferred dealership but I don’t know what changed with the way they address customers. I feel like nobody there listens or cares anymore.

    April of 2021 I go through an entangled web of a process just to book a simple appointment. Initially the person helping on the phone seemed to not care about what I was trying to schedule and treated my questions like a hassle. Today I experienced the same treatment calling about a problem with the battery they replaced in 2021. Service department closes at 2, website says 5, and there’s no clarification on anything when I ask questions. I sent an email and got a nonchalant, apathetic response regurgitating the same unhelpful information I got on the phone. As someone in the working class with a 9-5 like many others it’s incredibly inconvenient to have unclear answers and to be brushed off by apathetic employees. My Honda is paid off and old but it still deserves the same care as every other Honda. Since it’s having these issues I believe I’m going to be replacing it though.

    A few weeks ago I brought my 2019 Honda Fit in for a safety recall issue related to the fuel system as well as getting it inspected for registration. Service appointment went well with them providing a ride for me back downtown (30 minutes). Pick up of the vehicle went fine as well, for a time. I don't drive very long distances during the week and I was planning on making a longer drive the next weekend when I started to hear sounds coming from under my engine compartment. I didn't realize this until the Saturday on which I was supposed to travel. I quickly tried to get in to the service center but I arrived after the personnel had been sent home. I was very concerned as there was a significant portion of what I came to understand as the heat shield was hanging from multiple places after not having been (I assume) reassembled correctly. The manager or whomever it was tried to get me to come in a different day but I needed this to be taken care of as quickly as possible. They were finally able to find someone from the detailing section that took my car with very little communication and I was left alone without explanation until the detail person came back (30ish minutes). He gave me the keys without any communication until I asked what they had done. He mentioned that they had re-attached the shield and I should be ok to drive. At no time beyond the initial hand off to the detailer did the manager or ANY staff interact with me. I was unhappy with the service but I felt, at the time, that they had at least given me back a safe vehicle. That turned out not to be the case. Within the next week I decided to take a longer trip to Oklahoma and while I was driving (it was windy) I started to hear the same noise from under the engine compartment. I tried to stop the vehicle as quickly as I could but the heat shield ended up coming off of the vehicle and many vehicles had to swerve to avoid it. I picked up the piece and looked under the engine and it appeared that the screws they had used had come out. Since I was halfway to my destination I proceeded but drove at a much lower speed. I then contacted the service center and arranged a time to bring the car in when I got back in to town. Very little was said to me during the process or afterwards except that they detailing person had used screws when there were evidently brackets or something that should have been used. I know that accidents occur and issues come up, but I have absolutely no confidence that the heat shield is even set up correctly at this time. I will likely go to another mechanic but I feel very disappointed in Tiffany Springs over this event. I would and will continue to advise any person getting their car serviced here to try to double-check the work as it doesn't seem that they have much in the area of quality control.

    Fantastic place! The waiting room has all amenities. I don't mind waiting here with complimentary snacks, beverages, cozy fire, tropical fish tank, big screen televisions and some of the most comfortable chairs ever. The mechanics are smart, professional and friendly. We were given a loaner car while ours was being worked on and it was so nice we would have loved to just trade. All that, and we were called and told they figured out how to drop the bill by $100. We are huge fans of Honda of Tiffany Springs. Five stars!

    Easily the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Made an offer on a used vehicle and was told by the sales woman that offering less would in effect take money out of her own pocket. They proceeded to make the experience uncomfortable and contentious. Employees are rude and condescending here. Will never be returning.

    I commend Kevin S., a serviceman at Honda of Tiffany Springs. I had an ongoing issue with my car. I spent money to locate the issue and repair the problem. It seemed to get worse. Also, I went to another location and had another diagnostic check. I was concerned about driving my car on the highway because my car would hesitate, it would not have the power to embark into oncoming traffic which could cause an accident. My car rattled like something would fall off. I consistently keep up the maintenance on my car and over time, it was running rough and even stopped a few times. I decided to try Honda of Tiffany Springs again. I was pleased to know Kevin was back and he was able to locate an issue which gave my car back its power. Additionally, he suggested for me to address another concern which was not Honda of Tiffany Springs responsibility. It's sometimes tough to trust your car with Mechanics, yet Kevin addressed an ongoing issue with my car and directed me to further address another concern. Importantly, he advised that I could follow up with him. Kudos to Kevin!!

    We purchased a 2018 Honda Civic at the end of February this year. Our car dealers name was Lowell( don’t know his last name)He was so upfront and honest! We enjoyed purchasing our car from Lowell. After the second day of purchasing our Honda, the Tire pressure light would not go off so I made an appointment about a week later and got It the next day! The person or mechanic tech, his name was Kenny looked at it and showed me something I never knew ! I can turn it off!!! Of course having such excellent customer service, Kenny still wanted to check the tires to make sure they were properly filled. Needless to say he found some kind of nail In the front left tire!! He fixed it and sent me on my way!!! I love these guys!!!!
