I would use caution when dealing with this branch office and the loan officer, she's not the the most honest person to deal with. So we wanted to purchase a travel trailier from an individual that had a loan on it from another bank. The loan process went fine. We were told by the loan lady that she would make a check payable to the owner and than make a check for the pay off at the bank. She told us that she would send a loan release along with the check so we could title the trailer. She told us that she would send a copy if the release when she gets it. So we waited for about three weeks and didn't receive anything. We went back into the branch office and was told that the loan officer was on vacation. We told the story to the lady at the bank window. She had a lady contact us from the main branch. She told use that yes the lady that did the loan was on vacation but she would check with her as soon as she returns and she told us that it was the banks responsibility to get the lean release and the bank would be responsible for any late fees since they hadent gotten the release. We waited another month had still no lein release. we went back into the branch office to speak with the loan officer. She was there but told us she had just arrived at work it was 9:45 am and she acted all flusterated. We asked, "have you gotten the lean release". She told me that she sent a letter asking for it but haven't got anything back. We asked have you contacted them again too see what was the hold up. She than told us it wasn't her responsibty anymore that she had already sent the one letter. She was very hateful and expressed no interest in getting the lean release. She told us it was are responsibility to contact the prior owners and get them to get the release. She told us that we would have to pay the title transfer late fees. We told her that wasn't what she told us when we did the loan and also told her that the prior owners were not willing to do anything to help with this. There feelings we're they had already been paid and signed a release to let the bank get the release that they weren't doing anything else. I also told her what the other loan officer told us at the main branch bank that it was the banks responsibility to get the release and they would cover the late transfer fees. I also made a mention that I would think the bank would want this to get transferred into are names because right now if the bank had to repo the trailer it's still in the prior owners name and I was pretty sure you can't repo someone else's trailer. She stated in a not such nice tone that she would request the bank another time to get the release. Its only been over two months. Will see what happens. Reason for writing this is to share and I wouldn't go to this branch because this young lady will say anything to protect herself and not the customers. If you go there document everything she says in recordings or writing. Untrusting
