I’m closing ALL of my accounts. This bank would not give me a check from MY ACCOUNT. They said I needed to order a book of checks. The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. Update: The manager resolved my issue by issuing me my checks and ordering me a free box.

I once went to deposit a few checks I received from WSU Tech and the machines were working just fine and the people over the microphone speaker were able to help answer all my questions! So I hereby give Meritrust Credit Union a full 5 stars!

Had to wait 15 minutes to get a rep on the phone to answer a simple question. The rep was nice but 15 minutes is way too long to wait on the phone for someone to pick up.
