Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Rock Rd, Wichita

I was on my lunch break and I just wanted to do a Wire Transfer. I’ve been told just for 30min and been waiting for an hour. I am late to work and still have nothing done!

They closed the drive thru a couple years ago. Always several people waiting in line to see a teller, but they only have 2 tellers working the counter. The other employees are too busy trying to sell the people waiting in line other products & services.

One word, “Abby”. I had just signed all the closing documents to close on my house, and my mortgage processor gets a call that there’s been a hold on distributing the funds. No funds = No house. Long story short, they missed something with my taxes and I had to make an ASAP payment and get to the bank to have them print out a transaction statement and stamp it. The bank had been closed a couple of minutes when I arrived, I begged security to let me talk to someone, and an ANGEL named ABBY went above and beyond and got me taken care of!! Thank goodness for people like her who go the extra mile and don’t even know how important that impact made on my life!!

Awful idea to close drive though and then not have enough staff to fully accommodate customers. 16 people in line for two tellers. Edit Over a year later from this review this branch still cannot staff their location to meet demands of customers. BOA simply Doesn’t care about their customers.

I've been waiting outside for my husband to cash a check and he's been waiting on a banker for 30 minutes, if your time and money are valuable to you bank somewhere else

They do have a very small staff for the amount of customer they get each day. However, I have never had an issue with a staff member at this location. After excruciating waiting times, at least you get some good customer service. The place seems a bit cluttered and can be confusing. Parking is available on the south side of the building by the entrance. Easiest way to get to this location would be via the south entrance by rock road.

After 56 seconds of menu choices, PRESS 4 TO SPEAK TO A PERSON! No one answered after 10 minutes of me pressing buttons. JUST ANSWER YOUR DARN PHONE! I am paying you for a service in which YOU HAVE NONE! I simply want to know if I can cash government bonds at the Rock Road location. Is that too difficult for you? Why should I trust B of A with my money?

Bank of America just doesn’t care about its customers. I came up to schedule an appointment they told me they will called me after 2 hours but nothing happened. I waited all day and it Waste my time

The slowest experience ever. I make deposits for the business I work for so I do not have a choice in banks. They are nice but never seem to have enough help. My typical wait time is between 12 and 18 minutes. For me, there is probably a better way but I am too busy waiting in line to ask what that might be.

I used to go to the Derby, Kansas location until they closed and now have to come to this one. Waited in line that went literally out the door. After 25 minutes waiting in line I had to leave. Very disappointed in Bank of America to reduce their branches when they can't sustain good wait time service when the reduction happens.
