We at D&M Mechanical, LLC used Brandy for a notary emergency one evening for some documents we didn’t realize need a notary signature. She replied right away to our inquiry and then showed up within a very short time period. SHE CAME TO US!! DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE Originally I gave her 5 stars for being on time and acting professional. But after finding out that she forgot to stamp the document. When she was contacted she said the the printing was not dark enough was why she didn't stamp it. The fact that she didn't say that while there makes me think that she made an excuse. She told us that we had to drive to her to get it stamped. The idea of using a mobile notary service is to avoid that. No offer of a refund of any kind.
I do apologize for the mishap & your missing pages. I offered to rectify the situation and she did come to the office, at which time I fixed the mistake and refunded $10 for gas.

She met us on a Sunday afternoon when we were rushed to get documents done by a deadline. She was extremely helpful in explaining all the documents to us as well!
