Today, another issue when coming in to pay my car note. Thanks Trevor for the awesome experience. I'm starting to believe that thi credit union does not value the business of people of color. Every time I walk into this location, or the one on Doiglas I am treated as a 2nd class citizen. Sad... I will never use, or refer anyone else to this place.

Teller machines are terrible only 1 open almost 40 minutes to make a withdrawal. Every time I come here it gets worse. Terrible customer service. It used to be good.

CUA took over my CU, First Choice, some years ago and I was completely dissatisfied with the experience and the ensuing miserable service. I have to say, that in the past 2-3 years, my opinion has dramatically changed. In particular, this CUA location is incredible, as is the former First Choice (now CUA) location at 13th & Maize. Used to think about changing almost everyday; not so anymore.

Tried to call to make a loan payment at 9am this Saturday and could not get through to a representative. The robot kept telling me the office was closed and to call back during normal buisness hours. They would not accept my account number through automation & kept referring me to the representatives that were not available. Your info says you should be open till 1pm on Saturdays, therefor there should be representatives available to assist your members until 1pm saturdays. 👎👎👎👎👎

I have had nothing but good experience at this branch versus the other branch off north rock rd. The reps who helped me open up my accounts are very friendly and take the time to actually help me. When I have any issues I know to go to them because they are my personal banker. Which being my personal banker and main branch I find it very important when it comes to building a relationship with this bank. Also the branch manager/loan officer Jose, has helped me a lot with my business and loan to get me started. When I go in the people who do know me greet me by my name and ask about my family. That is very important to me versus going into a branch that I have gone few times already at n rock rd and they don't even remember me. Overall this branch and this bank I am glad to say I is my bank and carry my business.

Worst experience of my life went to deposit money this morning at 8:45 and with the new system noone had a pen available to sign my check and the lobby was locked and now my whole day is off because i work 9-8 and this branch was unprepared. Getting all my money out later and going to a different bank

Couldn't have anything more negative to say if I was being paid by a competitor. Judy Scheneker is a liar and a skeeze. She must make commissions off of penalties from loan servicing because she'll make fraudulent claims about carrying insurance then inform you AFTER they've hit the credit bureaus!! Such a scam, your money is safer in a tin can.

People who work there are always friendly and helpful. Took a little time getting used to their new drive up system but now I like it better then the old one.
