Andrew is great, knowledgeable person to work with. GPCU had been understanding when I was late on some car payments after loosing my job. However, they don't deduct payments right away from debit card purchases and that makes it irritating to have to wait days too see purchases show up online.

I've been a member since I was born. The amount of disrespect and disloyalty, from a company I've been with the longest out of any company in my life is immeasurable.

Great overall, My first payment they did send info to the wrong place, they had my addressed mixed up somehow, this could be because Rusty Eck Ford too. But other than that, the grace period is awesome, and they make it easy to make a payment online or over the phone or however you want and i have been with other credit unions and none of them make it this easy to make a payment on time with several different ways to do this.

I had issues with my checking account, Shana Ricke made my issues painless, we took care of things on line and all was resolved. I hope the owners of GP see this, she was on vacation and still helped. Great people ! I bank @ Haysville great great personal there too!

They approved me for a small loan even when my own bank would not and helped me build my credit score.

Had an Auto loan with them, they always answer the phone and take care of any questions or concerns I had immediately. I paid off my loan but I won’t be using the anymore but I recommend them to anyways who’s looking to finance something.

I've been working for Golden Plains since December 2017 as a Mortgage Loan Officer and absolutely love this company. I had always heard great things about this credit union and the services and now get to experience it first hand. High interest checking and low interest rates on loans! Can't beat that!

Not a member by choice. We needed a loan for a car and were told we would receive information on our loan shortly after the sale. A month and a half went by and we did not receive any information. Knowing our first payment was coming up we decided to call. Come to find out they sent the information to the wrong address and never bothered to call our phone numbers to get the correct address. So we almost missed our first payment due to their laziness and unwillingness to do everything in their power to contact us.

The worst teller experience of my life. The male teller with the glasses have messed up 5 of the 6 deposits that I have brought in these past 2 weeks.

I am not a member by choice. I was treated so rudely when I first came in contact with the Golden Plains rep. I would like to be taken off your mailing list.
