With the world we're living in today I think when people go above and beyond it needs to be recognized. I had a transaction that I needed to dispute & called this branch. I spoke to Ben, don't know his last name, but not only did he quickly fix my problem, I got off the phone feeling happier than before I called. His quick wit, positivity, professionalism and general light vibe honestly made my day! That doesn't happen too often anymore when dealing with strangers and I appreciate it more than Meritrust could know. I've had accounts here for 7 years and even though I've since moved to a city that doesn't have Meritrust CU, I've continued to bank here through my mobile app and their shared branch feature. I've never once had a problem that was there fault or that they weren't happily ready to help me rectify. I'll continue to bank here and Ben gets a gold star for the day for being an impressive person.

Really getting tired of sitting on hold for 20+ minutes to not be able to get ahold of anyone. We requested a call back almost two hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet

Meritrust is an absolute joke. I have been with them for years and would never refer anyone to do business with them. I have two auto loans with them and the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Try calling them and getting any straight answers is impossible. One person will tell you one thing and another something else. Then when you get a supervisor not even they know so they do a follow up call and the person will tell you that that person was not sure how to answer or didn't know. If you are a supervisor you should know your job period.

Best credit union around, only downfall is if you do the overdraft protection, they will take the money out on top of a fee and still reject the purchase even tho it takes the money out and a fee. Might be looking elsewhere for a new account. Other than that they have great customer service and are expanding around Wichita making atm visits easier nowadays.

They made a mistake by paying wrong people 212.00 and want me recover it myself. There mistake they should fix it. Not me. Been a customer for over 30 yrs and am moving my account s to skyward.

They carry the note on my car. It’s been a disaster. They didn’t contact me for two months then got a bunch of letters in the mail saying I was delinquent, had additional charges for being late and now just received a letter stating $170 will be applied to my loan due to not being able to show proof of insurance? I had insurance before buying my Jeep and had it switched a day or two later. I will never bank with them and am looking to refinance as soon as possible.

Originally came to set up a new checking account. Couple weeks go by, after switching direct deposits, this Branch gave me an incorrect Account Number. Hold on, it gets better! 01/08/2021 my direct deposit was not in my account, I called and they resolved the issue (As I thought) 01/15/2021 came and my direct deposit was again not in my account, at this point I’m baffled lost for words.. Great customer service and quickly resolving the issue.. 01/22/2021.. I have lost my mind.. My direct deposit was still not in my account, for the Third Friday in a row.. I spoke with numerous people through this branch today. The one who really tickled me was Mr. Clayton, the customer service provided was disgusting and the audacity to Hang up on me as I asked politely to speak to the manager of the branch due to Clayton’s clear actions of not wanting or showing any desire to resolve any issues, that this Branch has specifically created within itself from the beginning. It’s ashamed there are no actions for accountability held here, I asked to speak to the Manager of the Branch, Clayton puts me on hold sends me New Direct Deposit Emails then takes me off of Hold, and continue to tell me that it’s my employers responsibility. Then I asked again to speak to the Manager and Clayton had the audacity and lack of self control to hang up on me. The Members of this Branch should be ashamed and disappointed. Will never again, and would advise no one to ever bank at this Branch.

Been with them for along time. They are so nice when I come in. And on the phone. My husband will be opening account with them soon. The bank he has now is also rude to him for no reason. Never bank in a small town.

This Credit Union helped the wife and me get our new car,and we are able to build up some credit while doing so. Amen Hallelujah and thank you JESUS! Oh and by the way I've read some of the other comments we have never had any problems with this bank yet. Not planning on it either. Very good so far.
