Gabriele was really helpful during our lengthy apartment search. He would contact me or my husband personally to update us on the status of our mortgage application almost weekly and was always available when we had any questions via phone text or email. Horrible… My experience was absolutely abysmal! My loan officer did not guide me through this process at all. He arbitrarily came up with numbers and extra fees without any real explanation, had the appraisal company charge me twice that I discovered on my own, went on vacation and did not secure proper back up support so I ended up missing my original closing date then charged more because of it. Completely unprofessional and the opposite of transparent. My closing statement changed 3 times within 3 days of closing. It could just be my loan officer but he is a reflection of the company.
