This is my second closing performed by Bobby Papadopolous at QuikFund, Inc. Both have been seamless. During our latest move, we had numerous extensions requested and closings scheduled and rescheduled on our buyer's end with another mortgage broker that forced us into a time crunch. Bobby had our Clear to Close the following day after closing on our sold home, and pushed to close on our new home which was signed and closed in one week not including that it was a short holiday week. Amazing. He is the most responsive person in the industry that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. If you keep up with his requests in a timely manner you will never be waiting on him. Do not waste your time with this company they are running a fraudulent business!! They filed my taxes without my consent and try to lie about it like i wasn't going to find out. Lorena and victor to be specific and they put that I made less than what I actually made. You can never get in touch with these people! Run while you can don't give them your information they will store it and then later use it. if i can give them no stars I would

I had a really great experience working with Bobby Papadopoulos on providing me with services to successfully buy my home. It took me a solid year to find the perfect home and Bobby was there every step of the way. I would get preapprovals within minutes of asking him for an updated one. He always found the time to talk to me about different options when it came to making a decision of the expenses of the various homes. He was great. If I had to do it again, I would definitely do this journey again with Bobby. Keep up the good work Bobby!!!

Bobby from quick funds handled our mortgage and we couldn’t be more pleased with this services. He was extremely helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had. I am just signed a closing with quikfund, they taking too long to process. It took us 5 months to close my selling house. Promised and promised and promised didn’t tell us the exactly date to close. I am not recommending this mortgage to be buying and selling.

At the beginning of the whole home buying process, i went with numerous banks and loan officers. While i would wait weeks for an answer on anything from the others, Bobby and everyone at QuikFund had me rolling through the process the same day we first spoke. Not to mention the short time frame i was working with, everything worked out great. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend any of my family or friends to use them.

If you want a mortgage company that works to help you get what you need, responds quickly and effectively, go somewhere else. The agents will send texts and not respond to yours, fail to follow up on voice mails, and do the bare minimum to get you a home. The system is so opaque, they said they wanted me to find houses and would tell me if I qualify, instead of telling me what my documents show I qualified for. If you don’t mind the maze and extra effort, stay with QuikFund, but you can get better service elsewhere.
