Was referred to Max O'Grady, which was looking good in the beginning, but then things got complicated due to me having a different address from where I actually live not only did I have proof and rent receipts stating that I live there plus a letter from my landlord still made an issue not to give me a loan for the house, not only that but he was busy taking care of his marraige instead of giving us his full attention. Long story short I didn't get the loan with them went to Prime Lending and dealt with Tom and he got us a loan in a matter of seconds and we got the house we wanted. He offered me a great competitive interest rate with the lowest closing cost, which is less than what other banks offered me. The entire process took very reasonable time. The response time for any inquiries was just one click away even after business hours which is amazing. He is highly professional, honest and helpful to handle all situation during mortgage process. This company may have cost us our dream home. We provided all the documentation in a timely manner that was asked of us. We didn’t hear from them at all before the closing and never got an update. Not for lack of trying. We requested an extension on the closing date and the sellers graciously accepted. Little did we know that there was still nobody even looking at our case. The new closing date was approaching and still no contact. I received 4 notifications to complete a review about my experience with Contour Mortgage so I was thinking everything was fine. I didn’t complete it because closing hadn’t happened yet. I’m glad I didn’t. Today, the day before closing we found out that Contour Mortgage let our application close without completion. We have had to ask the homeowners for another extension and we have to start over with the lending process - it will not be with Contour Mortgage. This is our first time buying a house and I know it’s always an emotional and stressful process, but this was especially hard given this was our first experience with home buying. I hope if you decide to work with Contour Mortgage you are treated with a bit more urgency, respect, and fairness.

Jesse Sasso and his team helped us when we purchased our new home a few years ago and there was no hesitation in seeking out Jesse's assistance again when we opted to refinance our mortgage. THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CONTOUR MORTGAGE... YOU’LL SURELY REGRET IT. First time home buyer .. they led me to believe all was well. They lied and told me they ordered an appraisal when for weeks to a month no appraisal ordered/ completed. Had me pay a deposit, pay inspection. They were supposed to provide a commitment letter and failed to do so the day before it was due. Had to get an extension 2x and still no commitment letter. They promised the sellers they would provide it .. instead we got poor communication, no call backs, no emails. They had me pay off my car and school loans only to deny my application a week before closing. They are incompetent, liars, and careless. They put me in a very bad position as a first time home buyer. They should be out of business for ruining people’s lives.

Working with Michael for the mortgage on our family's first home was awesome! He was there to guide us through the whole process from pre-approval to the closing and was fast, clear, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would recommend Michael to anybody that I know (or don't know) that's looking for the same kind of qualities when looking for help with their mortgage.

I am extremely happy with choosing Contour Mortgage as my mortgage company. I worked with Chris T. and he was beyond helpful. First off he matched or bettered any other offer I got. Furthermore and more importantly Chris was on top of my closing. My wife and myself had major difficulties with our property being in two counties. Contour was on top of my lawyer and title companies pushing everybody on my behalf to close. He was more involved and hands on that I would expect the bank to be and went the extra step, made the extra phone call and always kept me in the loop. The customer service was Chris T. from Contour provided was exceptional. With this being our first experience buying a house and all the complications with the property, the constant contact with Contour kept us at ease. I could not recommend a company more if you want someone to stay on top of your situation. Overall working with Contour Mortgage and Chris T. was a great experience and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Our experience with Contour Mortgage was great!! Ryan S. did everything thing he could to get us the rates and loan that we wanted and he was always available when we had questions. He gave us the best rate we could find (by far). Our PMI came out to be $20 lower than he originally thought, woo hoo! This new loan we will be able to pay off that 20% in a shorter period of time and with less money out of our pockets each month! I'd highly recommend this company and Ryan S.

My husband and I did not have a good experience with Contour. In fact, it was less than satisfactory. My advice to borrowers is to make sure you get everything in writing from this company. They will say one thing and do another while blatantly lying about it. Their communication could have been better. In fact, we didn't even receive the closing disclosure until the actual day of closing and it was not accurate. Due to this, we could not close. The two people who we spoke to the most was Nikitas Kouimanis and Jeffrey Williams. I do not recommend them. Their attitude and approach to a couple who was in the process of buying their first home together was insulting, unprofessional, and baseless. I wish I could say something positive, but it fails me. I only hope that by posting this review no other customers have the experience we did. Save yourself the time and heartache and go to another mortgage lender or bank.

We worked with Dave Trabosh for obtaining a mortgage for a condo we were purchasing. Dave was extremely helpful every step of the way. Any questions we had he addressed right away, whether it was by email or phone call. He was able to lock in a fantastic rate for us, which is very much appreciated. Hello Everyone: My experience with Contour Mortgage was fascinating!!! I was having some trouble with another mortgage company and was referred to Contour Mortgage. I called made an appointment and was greeted with open arms. I was told by Contour Mortgage that they can get me a mortgage within two weeks!!! TWO WEEKS!!! at first I found it kinda leary but I decided to go for it. Within TWO WEEKS i had my mortgage !!! the staff were professional and courteous. I will forever be grateful. My first time experience with going with a loan lender, and it was horrible, would not recommend to anyone. We had to go to a different loan lender because there was no follow up, emails left unread and ultimately we had to get this corrected by another mortgage company to be able to close on time.

Jesse Sasso is so up front and honest every step of the way, and makes sure he gets the best rate for you. I shopped rates for my first mortgage years ago and he just couldn't be beat. We remained in contact over the years regarding refinancing rates. He was honest every time, telling me one year that it wasn't worth it to refinance at the going rate, and just recently helped me close when the rates improved significantly. He yet again beat every rate I was offered from any other lender. Simply the best! Jesse truly is an all around nice guy and made this process extremely simple for me.

Melissa is wonderful. She always answers her phone and is quick to respond to emails and text messages. Not only is she extremely professional but she is also incredibly empathetic and understands the stress of buying a house. She will sit down and talk to you about any of your concerns and will walk you through the process. Her assistant Meaghan is also very diligent with all your paperwork. I don’t think we would have survived buying a house during the pandemic if we didn’t have Contour Mortgage holding our hands through the process. Highly recommend!

To our first meeting with Max in November 2019, to the closing in June 2020, Max was there to assist us every step of the way. Answering our million phone calls at any hour of the day and weekends. Especially if you are a military veteran.The lending officer I worked with made false promises without doing due diligence and strung me along for two and a half months before admitting that they were unable to fulfill my refinance. I ultimately ended up having to sell my home. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. They are inexperienced and incompetent.

I George worked with James Martin Bell (Contour Mortgage)starting Nov,2020 for a refinance. I have a couple of properties so i'm not new to this mortgage process. All my documents are in order and I have an excellent credit. He made me believe everything was ok. He avoided my calls for almost a month at some point. Few days before loan closing he told me i would have to bring $6000 instead of $2000 to close or he will go up almost 1% on the rate he initially promised. I d'ont even know if that's legal. Please avoid this company (Contour Mortgage) at all cost. This man wasted over 5months of my time.

One of the most stressful things getting a home only to be made even more stressful by this company. After months of responding and getting every document that was requested towards the end when we were cleared to close one small hiccup on my excellent credit and then they pulled the entire loan. Luckily I was able to go with another company who offered me an even more competitive rate that this place was ever able to offer along with closing costs which were lower around $4,000. I would also give 0 starts as this company has only given me issues snd did not provide any assistance to me.

Really regret using this Lender. THERE IS ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY WITH THIS LENDER. They truly do not care about their customers. Our loan officer takes hours, sometimes days to get back to us. My realtor is constantly on my back because the loan officer basically refuses to communicate with her. We have been told for the past 2 weeks in a row now that our file is being finalized with underwriting and we should get the clear to close in the next day or so. Only to then be told "oh we just need this one last thing." I wish I wasn't past the point of no return because I would switch to a different lender in a heartbeat. They have made us feel insignificant and unimportant and I am sick and tired of getting the run around from them. What should be a happy occasion has turned into one of the most stressful things in my life. As a first time homebuyer, Contour has made me hate this experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your sanity.

After trying to utilize Sefcu, my original mortgager, but finding hidden fees and astronomically higher amounts on the quote than what was originally showed to me, I decided to contact Ben and Kelly at Contour Mortgage and I am beyond grateful for them. They were able to get me the absolute best mortgage product I could have imagined, even better than I thought would be possible! I am so thankful to have switched to Contour, they saved me so much money and made everything seem simple. I will never use another mortgage company again.

I had a positive refi experience with Contour Mortgage. I liked that I only dealt with one person directly. Unlike previous experiences, my Contour mortgage broker was not pushy or arrogant or "shady". I worked with Michael Greenlick who was a professional and reliable, as well as easy going and personable. He didn't stress me with deadlines, and I was not the easiest person to reach most of the time. I would recommend Contour Mortgage. Also, I had done my homework and seems noone had a bad word to say about them. On the refi day, I felt prepared and happy with the transaction and service.

He went above and beyond to try and push my file through so both of my closings would happen not to far apart.
