    Thank you for the ChargePoint chargers! Awesome perk to banking here or using ATM. Also has a little garden to sit in, relax and recharge, its a nice touch while charging up the car. All about the environment and it’s great.

    I have been a member for 25 years and since NEFCU changed to Jovia the service has been awful. From something simple like changing the address on my business account to following up on an investigation, nothing is handled properly. I am closing my accounts.

    Shut this bank down. Applied for a HELOC and there has been zero communication about approval. We emailed our point of contacts and don’t get answered. I can see from other reviews that I should have never contacted this bank. Horrible experience.

    FRAUD ALERTS: I think they could do better. Before they SHUT your card down and leave you stranded somewhere without any access to your funds as well as NO WAY to contact them since they're not open after hours or on weekends, it may be helpful if they took 1 TINY MOMENT moment to look into the member's account history to see if the charge in question is a recurring one (aka) happening on the same day, time, and for the EXACT SAME AMOUNT!!! They could also simply send a text message to the member, asking them if they made the purchase or not, and finally, instead of blocking all funds if they absolutely have to shut the card down, why not block leave a courtesy amount like $100 available so the credit union member isn't stranded without any funds at all? Just a suggestion!!!! :-(

    I had such a wonderful experience dealing with the representative on the phone. Chrissy is her name. While on phone with her, the branch had a fire drill. She let me know that she had to hang up but she will call me back. She sure did like 5 minutes later she called me back. I was amazed. Most places ask you to call them back in 15 minutes but she called me back. This is the kind of relationship that I want to experience. Thanks again for all the instructions and navigating n helping me see online while on the phone with me.

    Buyer BEWARE. If any dealership asks you to use this bank for your vehicle purchase whether it's lease or finance, Just know they will give you no assistance. They know nothing. When you sign up with this bank it's just accepting your car payments on behalf of fusion auto finance, yet they act like they're entitled to your stuff. They lock you out of your accounts, they never have answers over the phone, they make a lease a loan and change the payoff whenever they please. STAY AWAY ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!!

    Jovia has dropped the ball twice and this time I need to mention it. People have hard times and it makes it harder when your employees aren’t knowledgeable. So let’s start with I was told because my payroll check was post dated I could not give it to the teller, the teller informed me to go to the clerk to hand in the check and they will deposit it first thing in the morning. I went to the clerk explained what I was told and she told me no problem. As I was getting into my car the clerk ran outside with my payroll check in hand to tell me, well you could put it through the atm machine the money will clear in the morning. I questioned it a little and she ensured me that it will be readily available in the morning. I took the check back from her deposited into the ATM. Now 48 hours have gone by and it’s not available, I called the bank to get an understanding. I was told it needed one business day to clear so I won’t see that money til Monday. At this point I’m furious because I needed to pay something of course and now I’ll have a late fee because of the lack of knowledge of the clerk. I also felt it was a little bit of a security risk that she had my check in hand and walked outside the Jovia branch with it. I’m really not happy with the service I’ve been receiving. Banking with you guys for 20+ years. I soon think it’s time I move on. Please properly train your employees how to handle customers personal information, and make sure your customers are knowledgeable so mistakes like this don’t happen again. People are on budgets and rely on what they have to keep going. Why should I rely on you guys for my banking if this simplest things aren’t being recognized by employees. Now I have to budget in a late fee and wait for MY money to clear. Not the way I wanted to spend my weekend, especially having to write this review.

    Horrible bank been with them since they were NEFCU About 20 some odd years they have no customer service and when you finally get through all they do is apologize with no action to follow. My account has been compromised twice since they have been Jovia and am still waiting on my money that has been removed from my account. Any other bank would have solved this problem in a day or two, but I have been waiting for weeks for my money and have still had no response. Stay away from this one.

    This review is not geared toward the customer service representatives, who have always been polite and professional. I have used this company for my car loan since it was NEFCU. They were dysfunctional then and they are even more dysfunctional now. Everything from the auto pay phone system, to their website does not work and has lots of bugs. I just want to pay my bill! Getting someone on the phone to help is an even bigger challenge with the menu options. Once you do, the staff has always been extremely nice and professional. It's the entire system that is just so bugged and broken. I am so happy I am almost done with my car loan.

    I have been a member at Jovia for over 20+ years. Within the last 6 months I have had problems with Unauthorized payments & Fraudulent tampering with My checking account. Customer Service Respresentive Chrissy has been Phenomenal with the personal care she took in Helping Me get things back on track & reimbursed Me all Monies removed from My account. What a Pleasure it is to be a member of Jovia Financial Credit Union.

    I have been with Jovia since they were known as Nefuc. Yesterday I spoke with Chrissy B. She is amazing. We discussed my concerns with my personal loan. She listened to my needs then waited till I was done to go over the best options for all of my accounts. Mind you I called about my loan and she took the time and effort to help me better my savings. She is knowledgeable and a great listener. I could only hope the next time I may call that she will pick me up in the que box. I am completely satisfied with Jovia and especially after having Chrissy help me I seriously advise everyone join the credit union. She gets 10 stars from me and I will be staying with this bank for a very long time.
