Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Old Country Rd, Garden City

15 minutes for a withdrawal. Staff are slow with no sense of urgency and don't seem to pay attention. At least they were polite as they dragged their feet. Didn't have the denomination I needed and took 15 minutes to get it. Is this a bank? Then gave me the wrong bills and I had to correct the teller.

My personal opinion AYANA HALL is very professional, very kind, she is the best of the best 100%🌹

I wanna give a special thanks to the teller Elijah at this location and also thanks to the guy who answered and returned my call that day (so sorry I didn’t quite catch his name). I was at this branch today and tried to deposit some cash. The machine counted the amount different than what I counted at home, so I thought maybe I accidentally left a piece at home. But when I got home and checked, there was nothing. So I called back, they offered to count my cash again and turned out the machine was wrong and they credited back the shortage immediately. I really appreciate their help and honesty! Btw, I do hope Bank of America would seriously think about getting better equipment. It’s ridiculous and horrible that the machine counted the cash incorrectly.

Easy to see right off of Old Country Road servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking. Drive through available for easy banking. ATM on premises. Clean facilities. Close to other stores and restaurants. We will most likely be going back.

Convenience location and line is not long. Poor customer service. The manager has the responsibility to waive fees for customer when requested, but she told me she wouldn't do it. I had to call corporate to waive the fee and file complaint.

Every single time there is only one teller. Also it is unacceptable that tellers conduct transactions for lazy customers who are supposed to make an appointment for such transactions. HORRIBLE.

Worst service EVER!!! They should all be trained as customer service professionals . There are always extremely long lines, no one is friendly and everytime you walk in there there is someone new who does not know what they are doing. Shame on you Bank of America, for such a large reputable company you should work on retraining your employees to at the very least have basic customer service skills. A smile and a hi and goodbye maybe..is that to much to ask. Beware!!!

I never write bad reviews but this location is hands down the worst Bank of America location. Waited in like for 25 minutes to make a simple check deposit. Then the teller wouldn't take my check deposit because the name on the check was off by a 2 letters. I've been depositing the same checks with the same name on the checks over 5 years. Ridiculous.

I have been waiting here for over 60 minutes! Yes an entire hour! Lisa told me 15 minutes max ...then she took someone before me that came in 10 minutes after me! When I asked about it they said Lisa wasn’t authorized to do my stuff, only his stuff. Mind you this is the “manager” so why doesn’t she know how to do everything &/or why isn’t Lisa authorized for everything?!

It’s actually sad , disheartening how there is no team work at that place. Long lines of people waiting, and just one bank teller :( Can’t blame him , but totally blame the management . They were just standing around and not one of them jumped in to help . They definitely don’t value their customers and our time . Very very sad .
