McCoy Federal Credit Union - Curry Ford Curry Ford Rd, Orlando

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I can never rely on this location’s ATM to be up and running. It’s as reliable as McDonald’s ice cream machine. It’s always either “down” or not taking deposits. Other than that, I’ve no gripes with McCoy.

My experience at McCoy Federal was wonderful. I was treated with the best customer service possible. The personnel I dealt with were professionals that care. They worked fast and thoroughly in preparation for my visit to sign my loan documents. They also took time to explain the process and other options available.

Cindy was awesome in helping me open a business account. She was very welcoming and just all around great. I appreciate her help very much.

I appreciate the entire McCoy team, especially Jamie Mena, for his diligence and support with my request. It was an excellent service and I'll be referring you to other customers.

I could give it a 0 is possible. The Manager and assistant manager are something else. They treat you like they were doing a favor to you! We the customers, pay your salaries! Went to open an account and told us ... not enough time. Went to another office. Went to deposited checks... something wrong with routing... made us wait like 25 minutes: so went to the principal branch to see the issue... no problem at all. STAY Away from Here! Go to other branches... these two employees are terrible! Worst customer service Ive ever seen!

Very bad service. I tried to open an account. Made me wait 30 minutes to tell me later that I need to come at least two hours before closing. Why this lady didnt tell me this before? Never will come back to this place. I opened an account in another bank. This lady is always on her phone and walking around talking instead of helping customers. She is the assistant manager. Imagine how the others are. Ashamed of being hispanic. She thinks she is something else.... poor people tbey got a better position and they really believed they won the lotto. Horrible customer service!

There were two representatives, she was Cindy Majarucon Girl and an Spanish girl. They were excelent no words to describe the service it was at Mccoy Bank on Curry Ford Rd It looks like she has a lot of experience Thank you.

Mrs. Cindy help us with all our questions regarding a business account. Not only that but guide us setting up the app and explaining all the benefits that we have by using it.

She was absolutely the sweetest and helped me throughout my entire process professionally. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to always being taken care of by her in the future!
