McCoy's offered a great auto loan rate, lowest among numerous banks and other lenders. Staff at Chickasaw made the loan application process simple and straightforward. Loan also includes gap and warranty. They are a great option for financing your automobile purchases. Definitely recommend.

I am very happy the way I was taken care of at the Branch today. The customer service rep. was truly professional and meticulous explaining every step of the process while opening my business account, thank you much for your dedication.

I highly recommend the Chickasaw branch of McCoy Federal Credit Union. I recently visited the branch to get an issue resolved with my online banking. I was attended to by the branch manager. The experience was excellent.

Alexandra at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, professional. She went out of her way to help me get back into my account after I was locked out. She helped me with a new login and a new password and made sure that I could log on.

Want to highlight Abby for an amazing costumer service, she was very patient with us, very polite, she knows what she is doing and more important she likes what she is doing. I will definitely recommend McCoy to anyone, I know you might have to wait for a bit in order to speak with someone, but at the end of the day it's worth because of the great costumer service you will receive. Also Alexandra was very clear giving me information since I have no idea of how the process I was going through. I've been a member of McCoy FCU for 16 years. It's the only financial institution that I find actually pleasurable - regardless of branch, team member, or time of day. My most recent visit was to make a simple credit card payment and to ask a question. It resulted in the payment being made, my question satisfactorily answered, and very positive adjustments being made to my financial positioning - and this was at closing time! I love these guys.

I would have left less than a star but it is not an option. Services to get a new card is terrible. None of the McCoy branches provide at least temporary cards. My checkbook was stolen and I had to close my account and then I opened a new account. I have been waiting for my debit card for two weeks and still have to wait an additional week. I payed for an expedited card but it was sent to the wrong address and had to start the two week process again even though I payed $25 to get an expedited card. In order to access my money I have to drive to the branch and go inside the bank to withdraw money and take time off from work because the bank works regular business hours and they don’t work on Saturdays.

My account was compromised and Carmen made it so effortless and smooth for me. My anxiety was through the roof and she was calm and helpful. She went above and beyond to help and relax my mind.

I love my McCoy Credit Union. Every time i take a concern to my customer service rep I have walked away pleased. They are the best most friendly bankers I have ever dealt with and I am 72 years old and have been to a lot of banks in my life. If you are looking for a great place to do your banking I definately refer you to McCoy Federal Credit Union.

I'm your average person with a banking account and in the process of finding another institution to bank with. I've been with this bank for ages and they really don't do anything for me! There is no communication when fraud happens on your account until you have to call them to see why your debit card is not working. When you call customer service you're speaking to a third party that doesn't work for the bank so they can't do anything but tell you that you have to go in person to resolve any issues you have. Many time the automated system "Toni the Teller" doesn't work and you have to try again later and there have been a few instances that the website is down! this location in general feels like a ghost town as you only ever see three people at most in the general public all the tellers are hidden away in a secret room. There is minimal human interactions. when i tried to update my name due to marriage, it was a nightmare. something that was to be simple took weeks to update and correct! Wishing i would have changed banks sooner, as there are many to choose from.
