I couldn't be more impressed! This was my first interaction with a pawn shop and I found it to be a truly stress free experience. I went in to sell some gold and silver I had on hand. I had what I felt were reasonable expectations regarding the price and procedure. Without haggling I was offered more than I was expecting and the process was very fast and simple. The entire staff treated myself and the other clients with true professionalism!!! The location felt very safe and secure and they appeared to be taking very good care of all merchandise on premises. I also had a chance to meet the owner whom was very courteous, easy to talk to, and clearly runs a very respectable business.

This pawn shop is amazing!! They really take their time out to meet your needs and literally care about their customers. I’ve been to many pawn shops around, and this is by far the best around! I don’t feel like they’re trying to take all of my money,and they negotiate and try to meet your needs!! They sell cars too! Roger and Scott are the best! Thank you Godfather Pawn! I WISH I COULD GIVE 100 STARS! AWESOME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Godfather Pawn exceeds any experience I’ve ever had at ANY pawn shop! From the time that I walked in to the time I left, I had a fun & enjoyable time there and left with a big smile on my face. Hector, Shirley, Mark, and Scott each individually greeted me and asked if I needed any help finding something. They were prompt to assist me and made sure to go above and BEYOND to help me. They each have an amazing personality and are a joy to talk with and help me with my purchases. I will, without a doubt, be coming back to this location from now on for ANY purchases.

This place saved me HUNDREDS! Just bought a brand new gaming pc from here, it was brand new with all the plastic inside and on the exterior. Online usually it’s offer for $1.5k but I got it for $850! Pretty much half the price for a brand new computer! Well worth the hour trip there 😁 Addison was a huge help, honest and helped me carry it back to my vehicle. I’ll look their again in the future.

I absolutely love this place, everytime I come in here I end up walking out with something and the staff is just absolutely amazing! I’ve been working with Daniel for a while now and he was so patient with me after the long time I spent and took great care of my needs as well as everyone else! This is no ordinary pawn shop. I appreciate everyone here and definitely will be going back and telling my friends and family to come here!

I first went back in June, there was a heavy set cutie there who helped me out like I was family and had a girl name Corrina check me out. Although she was cool, I wish I knew his name. He went above and beyond in ways most companies located in this area just wouldn't do. I came back for him but instead met Scott. Worked with me on price and made everything super easy! I've never been treated so well at a pawn shop by everyone I encounter. It's nice to deal with genuine people each time who care about your business.

Been to godfathers twice now...1st for a sander and 2nd for a weed trimmer. Both times they always helped me with pricing, service, and they always say hello when I pop thru the door. Great appearance, the store is clean, organized, and prices are negotiable. I wouldn't shop anywhere else cause they care about the customer overall. Thank you for the service...the staff is awesome :)

This place is different. Great customer service and very helpful staff, I always go there looking for music instruments or video games. I visited several pawnshops in the area and this one is my favorite. Paco was very helpful. I go there almost every day looking for treasures.

My wife had never been so a pawn shop and wanted to go. I took her to three and it was the same thing...tools, guns, electronics and jewelry with people who couldn’t care to help. Our last one was Godfathers and OH MY! What a great experience. We met Mark (highly recommend) and he made us feel so welcome and was incredibly helpful. The variety of items was incredible...we will go here often and look forward to it. Ask for Mark!

I always enjoy coming into a pawn shop seeing the way things are displayed. It's an awe WHEN you can tell they took time to display items. But what's even more important is that the pawnbrokers treat you with respect, dont belittle and actually welco.e you and talk to you as a person that just needs help getting bye. Good pricing and inventory. Reason I’m giving them a 2 star is because my vehicle got hit in there parking lot while my wife and kids inside the car and the guy took off when my wife came outside to talk to him. I asked them for help since they have the cameras in the parking lot and they kept giving me the run around, we going to call you my boss not here. One of the guys that work there even told me the the description that I gave him of the guy and the car that hit us was very familiar that it was one of there customers that’s been there plenty of times. But I never heard back from them, So I had to file a claim thru my own insurance and paid a $500 deductible.

Employee was really rude about not accepting debit or credit. The reason he used was that he gets charged 1-2.5% every time someone uses a card. I run a business in Orlando as well and the owner has the option to add the additional charge to the total if they choose to. I have to drive back to a Bank waste my time and money just because Godfather Pawn isn’t business savvy. He was very rude about it and I asked if he could take $20 off $430 for the inconvenience and he didn’t care whatsoever. Will never go back. Piss poor customer service!

From the moment you walk up you get great service! Roger and Raymond are excellent and are really looking to serve you and take care of what your needs are. I was looking for a nice iPad to do business with and I found an iPad in excellent condition with a great price tag! Highly recommended out of all the pawnshops I’ve been to!
