It was my first time using them and they were all very nice. Store was clean and well organized with many products. I just wish they gave me little bit more fair value for my items tho. Overall pleasant experience!

This place is absolutely disgusting and terrible. These people are professionals con men and thieves, especially Dave. I guess if you are selling it’s ok but when you pawn something and try to get your items back they play gamesThe employees are incompetent,, Dave will cover for them and play mental gymnastics on you as the customer and tell you that you are wrong. When you have a way to prove yourself right, it wont be checked into so they can keep your money! There are so many other shops to go to besides this grimy one.

Very clean place and very organized. I just wish the prices were a little bit better. Cuz for just a little bit more, I could buy it new. They are some items and the game sections that are cheap. But other than that I understand that they have to charge a certain amount cause of overhead. But still thanks.

Needed a cheap monitor for a new computer. Found the perfect one but the return policy is tight and I live out of town making it difficult to return it same day if it didn't work. The clerk suggested their 6 month warranty for a few dollars more. Then she went beyond and got me a discount that practically paid for the warranty! Great service. Clean store.

Don't buy power tools or cordless tools from here. Even if you never use them and do return them within 24hrs., you are not eligible for a cash or debit refund. They will only offer store credit to you.

I visited the store looking for a Michael Kors watch. I am very satisfied with the superb customer service Jenniffer provided. She took the time to offer several options that would fit my expectations. Just a very nice and excellent individual !Will definitely visit again.

Jennifer held on to the requested Nintendo Switch game for me for the day until I was out of work and able to swing by. Jennifer is a wonderful, beautiful, caring woman who made me feel valued and taken care of at La Familia.

Unfriendly staff, rude. Definitely do not treat you like family. Don’t even greet you or tell you we will be right with you. Leave you standing there for a long time before even acknowledging your existence. We purchased a bracelet there that cost almost $500 and we need it to pawn it because of the coronavirus to pay bills. They only wanted to give me $260 it was a very nice bracelet with a decent weight. We even purchased the insurance that they said if we Need to get the money back for it they would give it to us. They only gave me $350 for it. Dishonest practices. I had my engagement ring with a diamond on it with a decent weight they only wanted to give me $100 and $50 for the band. The excuse was the weight of the gold. Yet they sell necklaces that weigh far less for over 1,000

Went here to buy a tool for for cutting branches off of a tree , found it and got a deal on a saw . Decent service got in and out of there fairly quickly I noticed I wasn't being taken seriously til I began asking questions they probably thought I was a window shopper till I made it clear I'm buying something specific.

So I am leaving three stars and I will explain why. I'm in the store and there are no other customer's and there's two or more people working and they aren't even doing anything and the woman that was supposed to help me was on her phone although I will give her credit for showing me 3 items in cases however when I found what I had wanted to actually buy I simply asked a question about the product that I actually did buy a Nintendo switch case. I just wanted to make sure that the Nintendo switch loading dock fit into the case before I bought it I knew they had some to just check at least because I wasnt sure. The worker was so lazy that she said that in order for me to test if it fit in there she would have to walk all the way in the back and just an inconvenience to walking to the back of the store to grab something just to test it for a customer was just too much for her to do unless I bought the nintendo switch. I actually asked okay how much because I am looking for a second nintendo switch for my son, then shes says ohh they arent for sale yet. Normally I wouldn't let something like that bother me and I didn't I just continued my purchase and took the chance for $15. I know that I would have at least personally gone to just check it's not really a big deal and especially when it's not even busy. Always came here before and got some nice things here its just the principle really. Now in no way will I say the store or merchandise or deals arent good or fair but I know you guys can do better with customers.

I moved to the area in December and love consignment shops. I walked into the store and saw laptop to start working on audio visual productions from my iPhone. Got it home to realize the laptop was a bust the same day. There were insects inside and it was extremely slow. I called them and arranged to take it back on 1/9/2020. That day, I was told even with the addition warranty I purchased, I wasn’t entitled to a refund. Fine. I was given a credit for $244.94 to be used by 7/7/2020. Great. I went several times a week to find things that I could see value in and found nothing. March 15, 2020... lockdown for central Florida. Due to a related family emergency, I was forced to leave the area to a different state. Upon my return in early August, I call the store number and spoke to a young lady who answered. I told her my dilemma regarding the voucher and she called over her manager and apparently told him nothing. I repeated that I made a purchase of a product and did not get use of the voucher. I ask if as a courtesy for the PANDEMIC, if there was a fair way to reconcile. I offered the voucher back for a reduced value and he asked me to come by. This is when it gets bizarre. The “manager” Reggie, acted as if he had never spoken to me for several minutes and I had to REEXPLAIN. His eyes remained dead and he hunched his shoulders, so said I must have spoken to someone else. I went on to say, if so, I’d like to continue my conversation with them since THEY asked me to come in. Now, he remembers me and asked me for my receipt but by this time, I already asked to speak with a different manager, because our conversation had be less than an hour before. They stole $244.94 from me twice and see no value in customer service. I plan to call the BBB.

Service was professional I asked them to meet me at a specific price and they did. They were very flexible at trying to earn my business.
