I have been with Wayne since Jan 2016 and he has been nothing but helpful the entire 5 years that I have needed him. I appreciate the quick response times and the fact that he was always so eager to assist me. He helped me with my car insurance policy and with my renters insurance when I moved out on my own. He's fast, quick, friendly, helpful, super easy to talk to, and always has a smile on his face! If you're lost and not sure how to do the whole insurance thing on your own Wayne makes it super simple with no added stress! He is definitely the go to guy!

Wayne is absolutely fantastic. I'm an extremely thorough guy. Many times, too thorough. Glad I was in this case because I ended up finding Wayne and got my homeowner's insurance. I reached out to the top 10 reviewed insurance brokers in San Diego and received quotes from nearly all of them. They were pretty similar in price to what I ended up with but Wayne was able to provide much more robust coverage. My situation was a unique one that many of the quotes I received did not adequately cover. I have a family friend who does insurance but did not have a connection with the company Wayne set me up with. He quoted me $900 higher. As a favor, he reviewed all the quotes with me and said Wayne's was far and away the best and actually met my needs. Wayne clearly put in more time & had more knowledge than the others. Super nice guy, as well. Easy choice. I will be using Wayne from here on out and likely look to consolidate my policies in the future. 100% recommended!

My wife and I bought our first home in March 2020, not knowing much about homeowners insurance we went online to do some research and found Wayne McCormick. From the beginning, Wayne has been extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. We have had multiple conversations about the policy and he thoroughly explained everything. He is very patient and understanding and clearing demonstrated his knowledge. A true professional and his customer service skills are amazing. In addition, he took care of everything for us with our escrow company which made the process seamless. Called to get a surety bond. Was quick, knowledgeable, and very fair priced. A month later I called with my name and he already knew everything we had done like we had spoken a hour prev. Blown away with his customer service skills! I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again Update 7-13-2022 - I messed up and didn’t pay my bond. Emailed him and Wayne called me WHILE ON VACATION!!!??? Walked my through all the steps and even called back to make sure it went through…. I wish all businesses where half as caring!

My wife and i bought our first home this year. During this time, one of the hardest things we had to do was find homeowners insurance for our new place. This might sound like it would be as easy as going on an insurance website, typing in a few piece of information, and then out pops your quote but it's not. We had no idea what type of insurance we needed (there are different types) as well as what amounts we would need to be fully covered. One of the things I learned through a friend of mine is you can actually delay closing escrow if you do not have proper insurance. We didn't want to take the chance so we took to the internet for help and found Wayne McCormick, From the get go, Wayne was nothing but amazing with the help and insight he provided to my wife and I. We had a short conversation about the place we were buying, he explained everything we would need and why, and took care of everything else for us with our escrow company. He even got us a better auto rate with better benefits which lowered our homeowners insurance even further. I do not normally write too many reviews but I really felt compelled to let you know that if you are in a similar situation, give Wayne a call. On top of everything else, he is a super nice guy!

Update to my original review: I wish I could do more than 5 stars! Wayne is amazing! My husband and I unfortunately each got a ticket this past year and our insurance was going up almost $400!!! Ah! Wayne was so on top of it and called me before I even knew the increase was happening. He asked for some info and found a way to get the increase down around $100! Talk about AMAZING service! We've been with him for over 2 years now and wouldn't change a thing. THANK YOU WAYNE!!! Wayne was AWESOME!!! He did an excellent job at explaining different pieces of each policy and helping me decide which would be best for our family.
