I am very happy with the service received from Kyle and his team. As a first-time home buyer, I need someone who was willing to answer my numerous questions on the massive financial commitment that is buying a home. Kyle and Anthony were a great team to work with. They walked us through every step of the way, answered any questions we had, and were available whenever we needed them. Communication is really important in real estate purchasing because there's many moving parts and Kyle and Anthony were in contact with us over text and email. They presented us with many options for loans based on our needs and worked around our wants. They were able to put together a super competitive offer for us and helped us get our offer accepted and loan secured within a week of looking in San Diego! He is someone who is honorable, who you can trust when he presents options and sets expectations that you are always getting the full story and that every avenue has been thoroughly explored. From the beginning, in 2017 when I was leaving Active Duty with the Navy and buying my first home, working with Kyle and his team was like having a friend in the industry; someone you know has your best interests in mind and not just trying to close the deal. The options he helped educate me on back then and multiple times since have paid off immensely and I cannot foot-stomp enough the fact that every single time I've worked with him has played out and worked to my benefit exactly like he said it would. His interest in your financial success with your home does not stop after the mortgage closes. He's checked in, never been pushy, and educated me on the exact best time to refinance to get the best possible rates. After some financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I can say without a doubt that the reason I am still in a home is because Kyle personally ensured back in 2018 and 2019 that I had a solid, low-rate, smart mortgage. Due to family medical issues and un-foreseen consequences of the quarantine, my financial situation became dire and Kyle put the same level of effort, personal care, and attention to detail into my refinance recently as he did when I was in better financial status. There are a lot of "fish in the sea" when it comes to companies and mortgage lenders, so I would expect anyone to put the people who work in this field in the same box, and expect the same things...doing so with Kyle and passing up on the services and education he provides would be an ill-advised financial decision. If you are looking for someone who does such a great job with your loan that the next time you hear a friend or family member who's in the market for a home you can say "I got a guy, you NEED to talk to him", this is that person.

Kyle was amazing! My wife and I had a very challenging refi where we did our house and a condo at the same time. We got a ridiculously low rate and great terms. He did not settle there, when rates went down again, he stepped up and got us even lower rates. Kyle puts you first and is very upfront and honest. He is also a great person and genuinely cares about his clients.
