They are a scam. Don’t use them. Don’t Interact with with. They keep telling me that I said that I’m working with a lawyer. I never spoke with them before and they won’t give me any Info about my debt unless I write them stating that I’m not working with a lawyer. Seems scamming.

Maggie Roberts isnt equipped for this job. Her attitude towards me was very and mean very nasty. She wasn’t helpful at all. The lady i talked to on March11th was very helpful. Everything that I asked her today she told me the opposite of what the lady told me on the 11th of March.

They hung up on me 4 different times and wouldn't give me instructions on a simple payoff.

It’s sad that I finished paying my debt with them yet now I will have to sue them for not reporting it correctly. Now I can just win my money back in court

They’ve been paid for years and won’t give me documentation to prove it. There is now a group getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau... Stay away from this company.

They are NON STOP putting "consumer disputes account" on my credit report and they are reporting an old collection account from 2016 as late 120+ days. As a collection agency they cannot do this but they do. Each time the credit report companies remove the dispute comment they add it back on with 48/72 hours. I have filed a compliant with the BBB, sent these idiots 5 emails demanding the remarks and late reporting to be removed and they still refuse to do so. They must see me paying off all collections but not them and getting jealous.

This company needs to be taken out of business. They purchase your debt from the original creditor for pennies on the dollar and then come after you. The original creditor writes your debt off and collects the insurance never missing a dime but this company purchases your debt and acts like you owe them money. They will sue you. And trust me these judges are the worst. They will side with this company and allow them to garnish your wages, put liens on your property and take money out of your bank accounts. This is a scam. This type of business is for scammers. Preying on people who can't afford to pay.

I would rate them lower if possible. I called free receiving a call “from Marion County Clerk Department” but with a toll free call back, upon calling I asked what company I was calling and was told Midland funding, I questioned why they misrepresented themselves on my voicemail stating they were the clerks office. The rep claimed that the call was made by the processing department at the clerks office and that they provided midlands number, I stated that’s not the message I received and that the account that he referenced hasn’t been open since 2003. the rep went OFF on me. He stated that I was passing bad checks at pay day loans and not paying my bills and he told me to “get off it” and see me in court. I called back over 15 times to try and find out what was going on to see if my identity has been compromised and they would just let the phone ring and then eventually started sending me to voicemail. So basically I got a call that I needed to return a call by the end of the day or face legal proceedings. How is this allowed? A debt collector who won’t answer your questions, is a set up for failure. So much for actually being paid to do what you’re supposed to do, but yet tried shaming me Lol. The audacity

Nice job my dad just died of COVID and you turnip brains couldn’t wait before you took my grieving, recovering from COVID mother to court for expenses when she hasn’t been able to work since the pandemic because she’s at risk and will die.

Would not provide a Merchant ID#, Would not allow me to speak to a Supervisor or Manager. It is awful the young lady is not given the tools she needs, this was a simple question and answer scenario. POOR LEADERSHIP, YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THE AFFILIATION WITH MCM, would work if people could provide information that is important to the customer.
