    This has has been the best experience ever with a dealership. Terrence went above and beyond to make owning a vehicle from a dream to reality. We have had nothing but nightmares with vehicles bought from other dealership but they made this experience feel like a friendship more than a dealership.     I went to mass motors a few months ago and got a car, a week and a half after driving it the sunroof blew out of the car. I informed the manager and the salesman of the sunroof when I test drive the vehicle and they both said they would get it fixed. When I called the. After the sunroof blew out of the car the manager said he had no idea of the situation and he wasn’t going to fix anything. Come to find out the tech that did the inspection on the car didn’t even look at it and test anything out, he just marked down everything worked, now I am paying on a car I can’t drive because it has no sunroof and I can’t trade it in ether. The dealership manager lies and tells you what he needs to to make a sale.

    We do apologize about any issues with your vehicle. We did explain that our shop would address the issue for you. However when we had explained that to you, you had decided to take it to another shop to have it fixed. After they were not able to fix it you had asked us to do the repair. It is not our policy to repair any other shops work that was done after the fact. Keeping in mind that before you went to the other shop we did offer to fix it at no charge to you. The last we were informed you were have the issue addressed and didn't need our assistance.

    MassMotors helped get my first car with no credit and barley any down payment and great interest, they even paid for the fix i needed because i got a check engine light on a few days later and they fixed it for free even with me having no warranty. Definitely recommend shout out to enrigue for the help too man couldn’t have done it with out you thank you guys.

    I was in a bad spot with my previous car and it was in a way on its last leg and I needed to get out from it and Mason and the gang pulled together and helped me get into something that would help me out, they took care of me and I greatly appreciate them and the work they put in.     I purchased a 2013 Challenger a couple months ago and I'm always worried when buying from used car lots for good reason. MASS Motors was upfront and honest. They gave me a great deal on a great car. This car has been my daily driver for 2 months straight @ 6 days a week. I couldn't be happier with this car and the deal. Thank you MASS Motors for putting me in one of my dreams cars at a price I could afford. I highly recommend this dealership.

    You have way better options to choose who you buy your car or truck from, avoid this place like the plague if you can. If you're OK with buying something paying 2 times what the vehicles worth and absolutely no service after the sale, then try them out. So I normally don't want to bad mouth any business unless I have to. Just wanted others to know how this company operates. I stopped there under recommendation of someone when I was looking for wheels, saw something I liked and the guy pulls the old this belonged to a mechanic bit this is a very dependable ride. I paid a cash down payment of over half of the asking price of the truck. I didn't even have the thing 6 months yet and it's toast. I called as soon as it started running bad, these people ducked me every call email I made and sent not once would they meet with me if you've looked at their lots, the cars and trucks they have don't go under $10,000.00 so I yeah buyer beware. Oh the lot I bought mine from closed down. Normally if I spend $7000.00 bucks on something I expect it to last longer than 5 months. I didn't hotrod it, the time it was drivable it spent more time in the drive way than on the road they saw me coming a mile away.

    I do see you purchased a 2001 Dodge Durango from us with 246,000 miles. We don't typically sell cars with that high of miles unless the buyer is fully aware the vehicle is AS/IS. We have you sign all the documentation stating that at the time of sale. Our shop is always open to our customers at a discounted rate to assist you.

    2nd Edit: manager called and apologized for the situation and after his call I have a much better view of this business! It was an honest and apologetic conversation, and in the future I will be happy to go to them to see if they can help us with our vehicle needs. I called to ask a quick question. Ended up giving the VIN so they could answer more accurately. Did not leave a name, or a number. The next day I recieved the attached message. This was a HUGE breach in business etiquette and absolutely not okay. They saved my number from caller ID and looked back at the VIN for the name associated. NOT OKAY Edit to add: 4 weeks later and I recieve ANOTHER text. The response to my comment clearly said my information would be deleted. This business clearly has no respect for its customers and their information. Also the response from MASS to my review was not honest since my HUSBANDS name was used.

    We had the pleasure of working with Mason. Very nice and very helpful. He helped us for over hours with the whole car buying process.     This Dealership ripped me off!! Yes theyll get you into a vehicle but it will break down and they will do nothing after my daughter recently dying it’s been hard for me and my family with our transmission going out in our car they said they could help us get into to something reliable this thing has had nothing but problems since day one I don’t recommend going here go to a real dealership this place is terrible and all the staff are nice tell you sign the contract then they are completely rude they sell broken vehicles this place should be shut down

We also said bring the car to our shop and we would be more then happy to address the issues the car was having. There were several times we reached out to you with no response.     Because I drove two and a half hours to get to your business... only after I was guaranteed that I could get a loan. Then I get there and you start telling me I need to put way more down than we agreed upon. So.... No. We did not do business.

    Super easy to qualify for a car loan. I got myself a Mini Cooper from them. I love my tiny car. The process to do the loan can take a while so don’t expect to get amour quickly. They allow you to drive the car before buying , and even help first time buyers get a good loan .

    DREAM CAR!!!!! I went in to test drive a different car and fell inlove with a car that I never thought I could get into!!!! Yet they got me approved very fast while I was at work and over text messages mostly…. My payment are $50 more then 2011 car payment were and I now drive a 2017! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working for me…. And even meet my family…. I have had 5 cars from other dealers and by far this was the fastest easy time!!!

    I will never buy Friday from this dealership Mass Motors again. I would recommend you don’t either. We got my son a truck from here and Immediately had to take it in for repairs. It told him he needed an oil change. Went to check the oil and there was no dip stick. He had to buy a new assembly for the dip stick. He had to have the computer reset. The tire Sensors were all bad. We couldn’t register it for almost a year because they didn’t send paper work to the right place.

    I do see where your son did purchase a truck from us 2 years ago. This is the first time we are hearing about any issues. OR DMV during the pandemic had a backlog of over 5 months. All paperwork was sent to the correct DMV in the allowed amount of time given to the dealership. There is only one DMV to send paperwork in OR and that is in Salem. I do remember having to call your son on several occasions to go down to register his truck due to the bank asking us as to why he hasn't done so. As to the tire sensors they have a battery life of about 3 years depending on the brand. Had we been notified of any issues with in a timely manor after the purchase ( not 2 years ) we would have been more then happy to assist you in anyway we can.     Initially, I had a great experience when I was in with the salesmen. I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. HOWEVER, I have had the car for a month and a half and just found out I need to replace the transmission which is going to cost me $4,000. We called to see if there was anything they could do and told us that we could go to one of their old sales managers shops and MAYBE get a discount. We did not purchase the warranty, however, when buying the car we were told that we were better off getting a warranty somewhere else. And I also recently learned that the warranty would have only covered basic engine and transmission issues. I am FURIOUS. I really wanted to give this place a good review but after they were unwilling to do anything to help us, I will not recommend this dealership nor will I return. For reputation purposes, I was really hoping they would have helped us out.

    All vehicles are sold as is. At the time of sale you were offered and extended warranty that would have covered any or all issues. You did refuse that warranty. I did speak to your husband personally and said I would be happy to assist you in finding an affordable option and that a second opinion from another shop would be a good idea. The vehicle was purchased going on 2 months ago. They way the vehicle has been driven during that time is the responsibility of the owners. All of our vehicle do go through an inspection prior to sale. That being said at the time of sale there were no know issues.

    I purchased a vehicle almost a year ago. I purchased with them after they agreed to install a hitch on my Traverse. They were supposed to contact me about the installation. I called a couple of time to make the final payments on my down payment and asked about it. They said they were looking into pricing and someone would call me. Fast forward to now and we are planning for camping this summer and need to get a hitch installed. I reached out to them to schedule a time and was told that all contracts are done within 30 days and sometimes they will honor it for up to 90, but because it has been almost a year they will not honor the contract and install the hitch. Now I am going to have to pay almost $300 for a hitch. I will never buy from them again. Bad business practices. I was not aware that they had a time frame and I never received a call to schedule either.

    We do apologize you feel this way. All we owe documents are to be completed with in 30 days of purchase. We are even willing to go out as far as 90 days due to scheduling conflicts. Fast forward to today 1 year after purchase.... You were made aware at the time of sale there is a 30 day time frame as well. It is right next to your signature. This is the first that our office is hearing about the situation. We are willing to have the work and instillation done at our cost with our shop to help assist you. There was no bad business practices on our part whatsoever.

    This is my first review of Mass Motors. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and my son-in-law has also purchased one. I have to say they really stand behind what they do. Sales staff Brett Rice. The sales managers, Rudy and Scott are solid guys They make it right.

    We bought a 2014 Ford Flex a few weeks ago from Brett and Ricky. It took us three days of shopping using different cars listed on Facebook marketplace and craigslist. Ricky and Brett assisted us each day and kept trying to assist us in finding exactly what we would like for our needs. When we finally drove the Ford Flex we were in love with it. We still love it and it works perfect for our daughter to get in and out of as she is rather injured and all car rides are painful but she can get in and out by herself for the most part in this car. Thank you very much! Also, anything we noted that was not right was repaired or replaced by the company. We are very happy. We will come back if we ever need another car.

    I want to give them at least 4 stars but... I cant. I love that I was able to trade in my vehicle for what I wanted and got an agreement on fixing things with the new vehicle. Mason and Ashton had amazing customer service the whole time I was there. They let me test drive as long as I wanted and where I wanted. I was even encouraged to go to a shop and get it looked over. However, that is the end of my praise. After I had the vehicle, it was almost impossible to get a hold of them to set an appointment to fix my vehicle. Even then I was given another number to call the service department and set one up there (that one is a whole other review in itself). Because it was so close to close I was rushed to sign all the papers without really reading. I wasn’t given a number to the company I am making payments to and I wasn’t really told anything about it all. It felt like a one nightstand. How they talk you up for a bit until you do the deed then, nothing. I felt ghosted and that I wasn’t met with the same amount of warmth as I first was.
