My first time selling to a pawn shop and my experience couldn’t be better! Got two quotes before coming into Pawn 1. The other pawn shops tried to get me answer a thousand questions first and undersold me. Jace at Pawn 1 actually gave me more than I asked for. The store is clean and the customer service incredible. I will now go to Pawn 1 first!

Customer service is their lowest priority. Hope you don't want to buy anything because the numerous employees behind the counter cannot be bothered to assist you. Maybe next time I can give them money in exchange for goods. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Spike and the other gentleman's name I didn't catch were cool dudes. Came in ten minutes before they closed (sorry again you guys) and they still helped me out bunch when deciding on a guitar. The other salesmen did a quick checkover on the acoustic guitar to make sure it wasn't in need of repair before sending it out the door with me. Given by timeframe of ten minutes to buy, I was fixated on the sound and feel and didn't do a once over myself. I'm super appreciative of that! Sorry I forgot your name man, you and Spike both were awesome, thanks for indulging me and making sure I didnt leave your store with something I'd be unhappy with. 5/5 stars

These guys were amazing ! I went in 5 min before closing on Christmas Eve to realize just after leaving the store that I bought the wrong tool my husband wanted. They unlocked the doors after closing on Christmas Eve! I couldn’t believe it! They so very kindly exchanged my tool for the one I originally had needed. Shout out to Joe and I didn’t catch the other man’s name. Thank you guys so much!

is this company somehow interfering with reviews? my brother posted a review here and it is not showing up anywhere! what's up with that? If reviews that are giving a poor rating are censored, what's the point of reviewing businesses to help other consumers? the whole premise falls apart if people are only allowed to see what the businesses want them to see! that's just advertising...

I came in to sell a ring. I was really nervous about going into a pawn shop. As soon as I walked in Spike greeted me like a friend. He walked me to the desk where their jeweler made me feel at ease and explained all the details and why the pricing was so different from my retail price i paid. Chase showed me video games and I ended up spending my money right back in the store. All the employees were great and the store was so clean. Just like a regular store. I highly recommend Fairview Pawn 1.

I went to put my switch in pawn. Had to wait for someone, not because it was busy but because they were standing around not making eye contact. I am a repeat customer and I have never been treated or hassled like I was. And then I am pretty sure the lady who said she didn't know anything about video games broke my switch because a remote wasn't locked in. I've no issues with it previously but then even refused to take anything for it. She acted like it was a useless piece if equipment. Both persons present were unprofessional in manner.

7/1/22 UPDATE the new slogan should be ‘pawn 1 Fairview the place to be when you want to be ignored.’ Tried spending more money today. Was tired of waiting to be asked if I wanted to look at a guitar after making a few laps around the store making eye contact with all 3 employees on the floor so I went behind the counter and helped myself. This place is a joke 😂 They literally have a sign on the door asking you to leave them a google review with :) so here we are. Its clean as always but if you like to spend money they ignore you. No one asked if I needed help. I wasn’t even acknowledged. There was a nice Ibanez guitar behind the display cases for 500$. I guess I’ll keep the money in my pocket. :)

I love this store. Great employees, very professional and always willing to help you. I appreciate that they look at all the items before they take it in to make sure it's not broken.

I'm not much of a reviewer, but every single employee I interacted with was helpful, respectful, and went out of their way to help me purchase a rifle. Joseph and Rick were both extremely professional the entire time and I also got an awesome rifle for an excellent price; PLUS they threw in a free sling and a free gun case. Will definitely be a return customer.

The employees are fair and Knowledgeable. A good overall experience in general On several occasions. I see no reason to go anywhere else. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find it for you as well as give you price expectations.

I’ve been going here for a very long time I’ve never had a problem besides today January 9 they was holding something for me which they do all the time for one day and they sold it and didn’t even give me a call back so bad of management

I have been in the Pawn 1 a lot of times to both pawn and recover the items with great satisfaction in service and knowledge. I have bought an sold items and got a fair deal. I very much like the people and the way they interact with respect for each other. The manager has trained his staff well.
