Miranda was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my new accounts set up. I'm new to the area and I'm so glad I choose ICCU!

We were helped by a man named Michael (i don’t remember if that’s how it is spelled. But it’s took over 2 1/2 hours to get a car loan, he didn’t know what he was doing and after we finally got frustrated he said that he wasn’t sure if he should continue with the car lain and almost canceled it. Very frustrated with his customer service and response to our frustration.

Let me know when you can set up a reoccurring monthly payment towards your loans and also being able to make additional payments towards the same loans without having to worry about your reoccurring payment not being able to go out and I’ll give you more than 1 star.

Michael was great- he was informative and friendly and got me taken care of quickly! The atmosphere was also great, everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs.

Omg iccu very disappointed in going through drive through then going inside to see how busy and seeing two people in the the drive through instead of saying I have someone in front of u hope ur having a great day.

Jennifer lujan is the branch manager?! What a sad excuse to have managing this branch. Had so many issues trying to do business with this Bank. If you are looking to do anything here DONT! Jennifer lujan was passive aggressive, rude and worst of all had zero respect! I have been banking with them for over 10 years and she made it seem like a burden to help me. Seems like CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT ICCU!

Useless. Every single time you need anything outside of a normal ATM or drive-through transaction they make it difficult. Avoid these clowns at all cost. I cancelled and merged my spending account back with my other main bank. No more problems.

DO NOT RECOMMEND❗️⚠️ DONT BANK HERE!!! They make you put $25 down to start an account, then take the $25 when u close account. 0/10, Been with them for over 3 years, and they have screwed me over since. Taking your money as a “management hold” then not releasing till they feel like it. Do not bank with them!!!!

Shannon Baltz is beyond words. Her professionalism and caring nature have helped us with buying my first home. Also the amazing assistance of the talented, and kind, Mark Givens helped the transition go so smoothly. She was so efficient and friendly that we have used her services 3 other times in the last 5 months for all of our bigger loans, those being 2 car loans, a mortgage, and high limit credit card. Her ability to be candid and tactful has made us customers for life. I brag about her to friends and coworkers and wouldn't trust anyone else with my finances. She's not only an incredible asset to ICCU, but also a genuine and extraordinary human being who sees all sides of a situation. Thank you so much Shannon, we couldn't have done this without you!!! You deserve a huge raise and even that wouldn't be enough to show you our appreciation. Please never change who you are and thank you ICCU for having people like Shannon and Mark on your team. The Fairview location is my one stop center for all things financial from here on!
