Eager to answer all our questions to help us reach our goal. She’s always friendly and remembers who we are. We are a family instead of a credit score and that’s hard to come by these days.

I've been a customer of Mariner Finance for many years. Ryan is an exceptional manager and very polite. I went there today and got a loan and Kimberly G waited on my husband and me. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She and Ryan are very good employees of Mariner Finance. I would send anyone there to seek a loan because I know they would be treated by very professional people.

I have always had a good experience with Mariner. I nett with Matt Sacco a couple of days ago. I was extremely nervous when I walked in but he used his professionalism to make my experience just wonderful.

My phone call was answered in aprofessional manner. My questions were answered within minutes. A return phone call was made back to me in less than 24 hours. When I went to Mariner Finance to complete the process, I was greeted immediately with a smile and welcome. The final process took about 15 minutes. All details were explained to me clearly. I left with a smile and was very happy with the professionalism of Mariner Finance.

The representative that handled my transaction was Nicole. She was very professional and pleasant. She made the whole process easy and was very helpful to accommodate my needs for being disabled.

Updating my review based on the branch manager calling and letting me know the hard pull was taken off my credit. Other then the Kim woman blaming me for my credit pull and not taking responsibility for the credit pull when my co-signer changed his mind and said no when she called him. Other then that I can’t say much cause I never actually applied here for financing. Would recommend as long as you have a good person that understands when you say don’t run it unless co-signer says yes. Other then that the gentleman that called me and straightened it out was very polite and apologetic for the mistake that took place. Will hopefully be able to get my credit up on my own here over the next couple months and try to just do it on my own and hopefully have a competent rep assisting me in the future.
