Mariner Finance PA, Pittston

Had a great experience. This is my second time taking out a loan with Mariner Finance and they are great. Professional, courteous, attentive, and welcoming. Christian and Nicole were great they treated me like a guess at there house made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They explained everything clearly and also took care of me in a timely manner. Thank you for everything lady's!!

They email you that you are qualified for a certain amount and when you apply (which affects your credit score) you are approved for less. READ THE CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY. It is loaded with over $1100 dollars of insurance premiums. I didn't realize till I got home and my wife read the contract. I went back and redid the contract eliminating those insurance premiums. I also don't like the fact that they were going to finance over $1100 of insurances but when I had the insurances removed I wasn't able to add that 1100+ dollars to my loan. Also they used my lowest credit score to calculate my interest . When I look at my online account on Mariners own website my credit score is 60 points higher than the score they used.

My experience was at the Pittston location and it was wonderful the to people I dealt with was Lisa and Chris. They were so helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and went over in detail the loan documents. I would send anyone down to that location if they were interested in getting a loan .Thanks again Lisa and Chris

My first experience was great. I was very nervous about getting my first loan but Nicole really helped me. She was very professional and explained things throughly. She made sure I didn't leave without knowing what I was getting myself into. I and very happy with the service I got and am pleased with the way it went!!

Nichole and Christina at the Pittston branch were amazing, super sweet and very professional. They helped me through the whole process of getting my personal loan and were fast with my closing. I’ve went through a few places in the past for a loan and Mariner Finance by far beats them on all accounts. Completely satisfied!!!!! Definitely recommend.

I have been a customer for over a year. Not one payment has been missed or late. So when Jacqueline called me out of the blue, thanking me for having a great record with them and wanted to know if there was anything I needed more to borrow. I told her yes, that there was this RV I had my eye on. So, we started the initial process and was told they needed to send paperwork to the dealer to sign because it has a title like a car or house. Ok, no problem. Now during this i got the dealer to drop the price from 9,995 to 7,595 to 5,500. I then waited a few days, and called Jacqueline after the weekend. For 3 days I was told she was closing a loan and would call back. Never received a call. Its been almost 3 weeks since I've spoken to someone. Even if I was turned down for the loan, have the courtesy and show some customer service and call me to let me know I was denied. Not leave me in the dark.
