Darlene called at the perfect time to offer us an increase. She was very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable in her field. She took us through the loan without my husband and I even leaving our house, which was perfect since we are both disabled and not able to get out. I thank Mariner's for thinking ahead for their disabled patrons who are in need of financial help. It was quick, easy and done in one day.

The staff was helpful, willing to accommodate needs, and listen to what customer would prefer and made adjustments. They were also very friendly and down-to-earth which makes the overall experience great. The process for applying and setting up loan was easy and staff was there to help answer any questions.

They came in the mail in the form of a check i could cash when alot of bills were piling up... So i cashed it and paid what needed done and had what i needed to get my vehicles repaired, then i met a really cool, professional, and really smart woman Bella with a cool down to earth personality that was like dont worry we will do this and that and i got on this and that...bing, bam booom...now im sittin real pretty and all the stress is gone...Bloomsburg if ya need some lp go in and ask for Bella...shes the right one to talk to!!!!

I placed a call to your Bloomsburg Office on Tuesday Morning, January 26, 2021, for a small addition to my existing loan. I gave my information to the employee who answered the phone who gave me an appointment for 4:00PM that same day and when I arrived all the paper work was ready and I was on my way around 4:15. Both employees were very courteous and professional and it felt more like I was giving office the money rather than the other way around. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated and the expeditious way in which my request and ultimate transaction were handled. Again, very personal and professional and was made to feel respected as a much larger customer.

Took a loan out through them before (back when still Regency), and was experiencing some financial difficulties. Very understanding, and they helped me pay off my original loan and get me enough for me to get back on my feet, with the new payments being only about $10 more than before. Called in around 1 pm, had the check deposited by 5:30.

Horrible place to deal with. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM AS POSSIBLE. They give misinformation when you are looking to pay off your loan. We paid a $7,000 loan off early and they were still wanting us to send a check for $0.04 (if that wasnt paid in 2 weeks then it would go to $73.00) so we did that and then they sent the title to us but we had to pay postage. When they were contacted about the issue they were very unprofessional and rude. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists that are looking to make a quick buck. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else for a loan.
