Although I didn't buy my first Honda CR-V from Matt Burne, I did always bring my car there for all its oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled 30, 60, 90 thousand mile maintenance. The staff and service have always been great. So when it was time to trade in my car for a new one, I knew I would buy from Matt Burne. I chose a 2022 Honda HR-V this time. Jamie Henderson (Sales Associate) was awesome. Although my fiance dealt more with him since he works close by, practically stopping by every day for a week, when I went in to finalize the deal, Jamie was very helpful, friendly, and had things all ready to go. Kevin Moylan was great on the financing end. The transaction was very pleasant and painless and went smoothly. I would highly recommend Matt Burne Honda if you are in the market for a new or used car. Keep up the great work guys and I will be seeing you all soon.

I recently brought my Civic in for service and an inspection to Matt Burne Honda. It was my first time utilizing their service department and I found the ability to schedule an appointment easy and convenient, the service specialists to be very helpful and informative, and the prices to be better than many local service stations. Excellent service for many years. Egon, in charge of the service department, always listens and gives honest straightforward answers. He is trustworthy which I don’t say lightly. Egon took the time in the recent past to help out my son with his Honda when he drove up from Virginia unexpectedly. The mechanics are skilled, especially Tony who has been servicing my vehicle since purchase. Our family has purchased Civics, Accords,CRVs and a Fit. My next vehicle will be another CRV from Matt Burne Honda when the one I have with 170,000+ miles eventually needs to retire.

Like the previous comment, although I didn't buy my car from Matt Burne Honda. I've taken and still take my car for all it's oil changes and car maintenance. I am extremely happy each time with the work. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. As I've had bad experiences with a place near me. Starting with the letter M and ending with the letter d. But anyway, I would highly recommend MBH.

My high pressure fuel pump went. I dropped my car off on Friday had it back on Monday. It was all under warranty. Thank God I listened to Kevin when I bought the car to take that warranty. Fast service nice people to deal with.

I had a scheduled appointment at a set time to simply get a key fob for my Honda Civic. It was arranged ahead of time to be certain the part was on hand. Yet... I was there over an hour. I don't understand how. All the people were friendly though.

Great car buying experience! I have bought all my cars from here for the last 16 years. Well, all two of my cars at least. They are Hondas and the vehicles last a long time if you take care of them. Tom was great. No high pressure sales and I got a great deal. I love my new car! The showroom is immaculate and so is the service department. I have always had a very good experience with the service department.

2022 Review: Matt Burne Honda did an oil change and tire rotation on our Fit. At our request, they checked its shocks. "Fine. No need to replace them!" We truly appreciate having such an honest place to take our car to, annually. They told us that by next year our car would need a 30,000 mile service package done. It is great to be told that ahead of time, so we can financially plan for it! Being female, I felt listened to and treated respectfully and honestly by every member of the Service Dept. Honda, your service dept. is the best! 2021 Review: Morgan took my service order. Partway thru, he explained some of the issues my car was having and what I could do to remedy the issues, giving specific, detailed information of parts, labor, cost and priority of needs.While I was in the showroom, looking over 2019 sales booklets for Fit and Ridgeline, Brian Walsh stopped by and answered my questions re: some of the new features in these vehicles. (Much appreciated, as I no longer have Dave Campfield there to answer any questions!) In retail stores, I dislike constantly being asked (by sales associates) if I need any help, but in this case, I was hoping a salesman might stop by & ask if I had any questions. Service took about 1.5 hrs. I was glad the waiting room's tv was on mute so that I could read items I'd brought with me. Check out was easy and explained well by Jack. Brittany took my payment & ensured I did not forget to take my tea mug! All in all, I had a very good experience there. Cannot ask for better! This is why I drive 50 miles to Matt Burne rather than 15 miles to Miller Honda in Vestal, NY, which is closer to our home.

Matt Burne Honda service department RULES! I travel more than a half hour the get my car repaired here...and by-pass "the other dealership", which is minutes away from where I live. I brought my Passport in to get a trailer hitch installed. Excellent job by the service team at Matt Burne Honda. Very pleased with the installation and quick turnaround. Brought my wife's CR-V in for recall service to replace fuel pump. Once again the service team was fantastic. Work completed in just a few hours. My only complaint was this time I was unable to get a decent working internet connection in order to connect to work. I've had no problem in the past with their wireless so not sure what the problem was this time. Not the end of the world but created some head aches for me at work.

I’ve been using Burne Honda for my vehicles and service. They treat me so well I would never go anywhere else. They are kind to myself and my children. Please don’t mistake the 5 stars for the finance manager who ended up financing me through Capital One when I showed up with 5 year zero % Interest approval from Honda financial. By the time I was done signing and he mentioned paying the bank back, I questioned it. He said oh well I put your warranty on there to keep your payments low. It’s just another year but with capital one. I had cash with me to pay for my warranty but being that I signed it was a done deal.

I had a shredded tire on my Honda 2016 on I-86. When I arrived at my destination in Scranton, I called Matt Burne Honda and was shoe-horned in for an emergency tire fix. I made an appointment for 9:00 A.M. for a PA state inspection. I informed Honda that a had a 11:30A.M. appointment which I had to keep. At 10:45 A.M. I checked to see the progress on my car, after watching a number customers arrive after me and leave before me. It was still in spot 15, where I parked it at 8:45 A.M. ! It was obvious that Honda did not consider me or my pending appointment important. When I complained, they decided to get my car inspected and assured me that I would make my medical appointment on time. They failed miserably. My car was brought to me at 11:40 A.M. I arrived at my PT appointment 15 minutes late, which meant 15 minutes less of much needed therapy. Needless to say, my day was ruined.After 19 years of patronizing this dealership, I am questioning any future business with Matt Burne Honda!

I broke down on interstate 81 and my car was towed here. So thankful that they were honest and diagnosed the problem quickly - a mistake by my home Honda service - the drain plug to transfer case fell out and leaked the oil out. Matt Burne Honda documented the problem and took pictures and advocated for me with my Honda service center.

The General Sales Manager, Sean McGuire works along with the Sales staff to make sure you get the features you want and the right vehicle within budget. The Sales Rep, Matt Wicksnes spent a lot of time listening to what I was looking for and offered options that fit my needs. This appointment was a little longer because I needed a 30,000 check up & they suggested I get CRV inspected. It was due next month. As always the Service dept. do a great job, signing in, keeping me informed of what’s being done and getting things done in an appropriate time line. As a side note: I left my book in the waiting area,w/ my registration info & a check. When I called to confirm it was there, they were happy to mail it out for me! That is above & beyond great services!

Waited over 2 hrs for a simple key to be programmed. Employee who I had initial contact with checking in had an attitude. No coffee for customer waiting room which was kid themed, and vending machines were outdated.

I was in a rehabilitation @The Jewish Home and Matt Byrne Honda picked up my car at my house,took it to their service dept and did state inspection and oil/filter change and dropped it back @ my house! GREAT PEOPLE and SERVICE!!! Thank you

Service was excellent as always. Egon took the time to explain the invoice and work sheet to me. Jack and Egon are great. They always treat me with respect and courtesy. Never make me feel the because I am a woman I don't know anything about my car. I will definitely buy my next car from Burne Honda because of Egon, Jack and the service department.

Burne Honda has a wonderful service department. From the gentleman making the appointment to the men at the desk...all were friendly and helpful. The mechanic, Tony Luberto, is the best. Whenever I need service on my car, I request him. Been driving a Honda for over twenty years and wouldn't buy anything other than a Honda.

My first Honda and my best car buying experience to date. Sean McGuire was wonderful to work with and made the experience stress free. He made sure I got everything I asked for and left a very happy customer. Kevin Moylan in the finance office was efficient and very pleasant. It said that my tire pressure was checked but as soon as I got in my car the low tire pressure light was on. This is the second time this has happened.

Travled 45min to this location based on reviews and turned out to be a nightmare. In the attempt to finance a Honda Pilot Touring, my credit was sensesly ran just to be told I need $6,000 cash, with a %12interest rate and +$600 monthly payment. I was brushed off and not given any other options regarding purchasing other vehicles. They weren't even trying to sell me a vehicle. The manager and sales man became extremely rude as they walked away to attend their kind. My experience led me to check out Carvana.com and happy to note, I purchased my Honda pilot Touring with $400 down, %7.16 rate and a $435 monthly payment.. Thus dealer is clearly gready , save your money, frustration and time. GO TO CARVANA.COM

I purchased two brand new vehicles at the beginning of this month. I talk to my salesman about getting window visors and all winter formats. I made the appointment the salesman called me a week before and gave me the price for everything. I went down on my appointment date and they charge me full price. I was told I was going to get a discount because I just purchase two vehicles . I did not get any discount and did not receive my formats I did Get my window visors on and they did a good job on that.

This visit was disappointing. Wasted my time and for the 2nd time in the last couple years ignored that the reasons I was there was for necessary maintainence The good thing is that for over 33 years things have been good or I guess I wouldn't continue doing business.

This is my third Honda. The sales staff have gone above and beyond. They continually make the process so easy even in difficult times. The service department has been fantastic in their own right and always accommodating.

Very happy with the service. I got my inspection, and the workers in the service department were so kind, they referred me to my name while speaking to me. They were full of laughter and smiles.. During the inspection they notice a nail was in my tire and advised they had to put on a brand new tire. I was panicking to myself because I didn't have the money. When I went to the desk to pay, the worker said, "we replaced the tire for you and its on the house. Happy thanksgiving." That made my entire day and month! Thanks you Matt Burne Honda for always being so kind.

This dealership fit us in for an emergency battery problem on our camping trip. They were very honest and found a lose battery cable. They could have charged for a new battery This is a great place to do business with.

Was not impressed with this dealership. The salesman was very helpful and did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. However, the environment of the dealership did not seem too friendly, rather it felt stressed. Certainly was not impressed with the strawberry blonde whose office reeked of cigarettes.

Experience was quick and painless after a bad experience with another dealer. They got me into the car I wanted and at a cheaper rate and shorter term than their competitor. The salesman was knowledgeable and went out of his way to reinspect the car (which got swapped due to a dent in door he found) before finalizing sale. Would definitely deal with Matt Burne again and am happy with my purchase.
