Had a lender who wouldn't respond to me made me almost lose the deal. I contacted Dean at Approved Credit and he was responsive and fast. Best lender I have ever worked with. I will surely give out his number every where I meet people searching for a manufactured home. I don't think you'll understand how great he is. Going into the home buying process I was clueless. I had soooo many questions. Bill from Approved Credit is amazing. He was always available to take my crazy calls and is quick to respond to my emails. Very comforting when I get frazzled thinking things aren't going good. I would recommend this company for a loan. Bill was wonderful. He helped out with every question and when something went wrong he fixed it. Very pleasant and helpful.
