Torie started my loan process and because she was new to the office was unable to close my loan. I'm 74 years old and not great with technology; however, she was very patient and professional. Waited on hold 2 days in a row told they couldn't help me with my application no one was in the office for applications then no response at all back i finally call back again hold please ...... o yeah we really have nothing we can help you with we don't do starter loans
