I've been with Mariner Finance for a long time. I had to go to other finance company to paid my loan account off with Mariner Finance last year. Then my bills were kind of hard on me just recently. I needed help. So I went back to Mariner Finance again. At first, I called there. Someone answered the phone. She looked up my last loan account in her computer. Her name is Kayla. I talked to her about my situation over the phone. Then I had an appointment to go there. I was approved for the loan with Mariner Finance again. I was so happy how things working out for me the best they ever did for me. The manager Elizabeth and her employee Kayla are great and know what they are doing for me. If I need help with them again after my loan account with Mariner Finance is almost paid off, I will go to Mariner Finance first to have them taking care of my other bills for my peace of mind in the future if they will approve for me again. Thank you Mariner Finance in Smithfield NC for helping me again on February 18, 2022.

The ladies were amazing, very informative, made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making. Very organized, they had all of my paperwork ready for me, they communicated with me through out the day. Awesome experience!

The level of professionalism kindness and understanding was amazing. The nicest ladies to have had the pleasure of meeting. Glad I got to meet them both. Great customer service.

I just wanted everyone to know that this is not the place you want to go to for a loan. First, the interest is way to high and it's not for the elderly on a fixed income. My dad is battling kidney cancer and has to go in the hospital he lives alone and we are trying to help him I don't know how he got involved with Mariner but now he's having a hard time. And he spoke to this rude lady who told him I just can't stand this. My God! You shouldn't treat people that way My dad is 75 yrs.of age. One day you will have to answer for the way you treat others. I will tell anyone this place is not what it is crapped up to be. These people need more training in how to treat their customers .

Loan process was quick and easy and the manager Elizabeth was very helpful and understanding.

Also go by security finance and they make unsolicited calls. I don’t have an account and would never deal with a company this low. Stop calling me.

These 2 ladies were very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to come if you need a loan

Kayla worked hard to get my account approved seeing that she was the only one present in the office.

As for my experience. Carlos was so supportive and helpful. I appreciate the opportunity of a loan during this virus pandemic. It will be very helpful until things get back to normal. The only thing I have to say otherwise is that I find the interest rate higher than I wanted. Thanks Carlos for your help.

Worst experience I have ever had with a loan agent! I would HIGHLY recommend going to any other agent in the area! I was told i was approved all i needed was proof of income. I called and emailed my Paystubs( my proof of income was more than what i originally told them) and got this email "cant do loan thnaks" HOW UNPROFESSiONAL!!! spelled thanks wrong and also was very rude! ONCE AGAIN i would HIGHLYYYYY recommend dealing with an agent at a different company! TO add on to the Horrible Experience i gave them a call to explain..... They said " we cant send alot over email" i completely understand why didnt you simply not send an email and call me or simply say I will give you a call there was a problem with some of the paper work! AND AFTER ALL OF THAT SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Please go somewhere else for you loan needs!
