Pens to give to take and offer one to a friend to let others know about the Wonderful company that always shows promise to help you out when you really need some money for unexpected events.

Staff is extremely helpful and nice. My biggest concern with Mariner is not being able to set up recurring payments for more than minimum. It means I have to physically call them to process an extra payment amount to get my loan paid within a 12 month same as cash program. A real hassle, but at least the staff is professuonal and pleasant.

They were quite helpful and friendly, due to the fact I have a leg injury and couldn’t walk in the came to my truck and what needed to be done was finished there. I thank them for being so understanding. I will continue to use them for my financial services in the fortune. Thank you.

We went to pay off our pool. we were told one amount one week and 3 days later a different amount. Provided a 2 star, because they are nice on the phone, but like any finance company they have a problem with the truth. With that said understand, I do not use finance companies, and only financed my pool, because wanted to ensure it was put in, before paying $10k for it. Once the pool was put in, made arrangements to pay off immediately. How does the price of a payoff jumps from one week to the next. Unless you are desperate as with any finance company, avoid. pay cash. I;ll be paying the $40 difference, only because it is not worth my time to argue.

Was pre approved over the phone for 3,500 so I run around and get all my paperwork together , collateral and everything . Mind you they already pulled my credit and it was approved . Well at the end of the day just when I was about to go down there they called me and said I wasn't approved . The part that really made me mad was the loan officer doing the loan didn't have the decency to call me herself . No they had the secretary call me . I don't recommend buisness with them at all. They are a complete waste of time .
