Tom's Pawn & Wholesale Jewelry Nw Broad St, Murfreesboro

I went to this pawn shop to purchase desktop monitors. I thought mine had went out and the sales rep while he was showing the monitors they do work, I asked if he could check the one I brought from home to make sure I wasn’t purchasing something I didn’t need. He was able to look at it for me and determined there was nothing wrong with my monitor. I really appreciate him helping me and not just selling me something I didn’t need. He was very helpful in listening to my concerns and even provided HDMI cords for me. I don’t usually go to pawn shops but I will be back just because I appreciated his honesty and help.

They are a great group of people working here, very kind and curtious. Hard to miss this place with the huge jacked-up four wheel drive truck sitting out front. Their selection is better than most and prices are decent. Try to talk them down a little because their is always some wiggle room.

Super disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. The employees were super nice but I asked about 2 items and they were both for decoration only (one was BELOW the red line after being told that everything ABOVE the line is for decoration only) and the other stuff was just kinda "eh". Usually wouldn't review unless it was outstandingly good or bad but I've never been to a pawn shop where they won't sell you stuff or even entertain an asking price for items on display.

Toms is a wonderful pawnshop, their prices are great we bought numerous things from them and have never had a bit of trouble. Amber the sales person in jewelry is always so helpful she remembers us every time we come in the shop, it’s very nice to be able to come in to a place where you’re recognize you. everybody is very polite and if you have any issues they’re always there to help, I recommend them for any last minute gifts that you may need to get

Tom's Pawn is an excellent pawn shop! The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all products sold in the shop. Also, the customer service is superb! They are always willing to help without being pushy! Another thing I liked is that the staff carried my heavy items to my car for me. They went the extra mile without being asked. All the items I have purchased from Tom's have been in great condition and quality. The loans they do in the shop are quick, easy, and they really do give the best prices in town for items I have personally sold. I will definitely be back to Tom's in the future!

I’m a former employee of Toms Pawn and Wholesale Jewelry. Although I do not work there anymore, that place will always have my heart! Tom and his wife are wonderful employers! They don’t ask you to do anything they don’t do themselves. They treated me amazingly and still do. Tom is fair and understanding to anyone that walks through the doors and prides himself on that, as he should.

I'd give a 0 if i could .This place likes to take advantage of elderly people and prey on them My mother an elderly woman was taken advantage of and lied to by their incompetent employees who tell someone a date which isn't right then when they come in on the date they was given they will lie and say they didnt give that date and take your item or not let you make a payment.

I shopped a few jewelry stores for about a week looking for a nice engagement set for my son-in-law to propose to my daughter with. I'm glad I didn't make an impulse purchase and pay retail. Tom's saved me about $3,000 on the same ring I was very interested in at a retail location. I highly recommend Tom's especially when it comes to buying jewelry. There is no competition anywhere close when it comes to their prices.

I went saturday to buy me a tv, xbox and a charging dock and then when i get home the controller to the xbox wasnt acting right. I went back in today with the controller and they changed it right away. No questions asked and this one works soo much better. Love the staff and their products! We always come here for rings, tv, games etc. And havent been let down yet!

These guys were awesome! They gave us an extremely fair price on a wedding set we wanted to sell. We went right in, he checked our jewelry under the loop and gave us cash right then and there. Highly recommend!

The ENTIRE staff here has always been respectful, honest, and just all around great people towards me. I have had the unfortunate need to pawn stuff here and again with all the attributes listed above they have also ALWAYS been very fair with their loans. In addition to their fairness on the pawn side, they have a very good selection of high quality, low priced, items for purchase. I would recommend Tom's for all your pawn needs as well as stopping in to check out some of the fantastic deals you can get on their new merchandise and even some of the slightly used merchandise. I'd bet you can find at least one Christmas, Birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion gift here for less then you'd pay anywhere else. Worth the stop, easy to find. Look for the "BIG Tom's Truck" upfront. Now I get a "Thank you" for my review. Just another HUGE sign that this company cares.
