Freedom Finance Nw Broad St, Murfreesboro

My husband has an account with "Freedom". On different occasions, I've made his payment for him. The ladies have been nothing but courteous and professional. I have read the negative comments written by former clients who seem to have a problem with "Freedom" because they ( the clients) didn't uphold their end of the contract agreement. Simply put, there are no problems with "Freedom" when you honor your side of the contract agreement. When those who don't, seem to want to play the "victim" and make the company employees out as "bullies", loan sharks, ETC. Most of the negative comments about this company is unfair. It appears that most of these people had a problem with company because they didn't uphold their end of the contract agreement. (making their payment) You're advised of the loan terms before you sign on the dotted line! No one forces you to sign it. If you do agree to sign the agreement then, you agreed to those loan terms therein! Unless there is mistakes discovered, made by the loan originator (after the fact), you are in no position to gripe and complain about a loan company's reaction when you fail to make your agreed payment to them!

This place is a joke. Act like drug dealers. Account almost paid off and they call you 2-3 times a week to refinance. When you do not, and miss your due date the very next morning they call your refrences wanting to know where your at with their money. They are some rude and very unprofessional people that work there. I have done business with them before but never again. When I told them what day I would make a payment I was informed that they would be calling and harrassing me everyday until I paid them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Another company that does not care that we are in a pandemic. No mercy at all. Even the light company and water company gave people breaks they didn't say well if you couldn't afford it you should have never got lights! Like really y'all think we asked for pay cuts and to be laid off from work? People who weren't affected will never understand real struggle

This place is horrible. They will call you 3-4 days before you payment is due. If you are a day late they will call every number you have listed....even your job!!! They are bullies and will keep calling you even if you give them a specific day that you can pay. STAY AWAY!!!! There are other places that I have used for secured loans and this is the worst one. I refuse to refinance with them.

I open a loan with them months ago and I never late on a payment and past last three months I could not pay my payment with them and I told them the reason I can't make the payment and told them I am filling for bankruptcy and they start to talk and being rude to me and they did not like what I was doing they just be very rude. Please do not do business with them they are going to be rude and talk down to you.

I almost got a job there but I'm glad that I didn't. They were going to pay me $12 an hour for a manager position. Also they seemed so desperate to hire me that it seemed sketchy. After they hired me and I said that I wasn't sure of the job, they said they'd call me to see what they could do. They never had the guts to call me. How unprofessional. I'll stick to my retail job.

Very professional staff so friendly always outgoing and supper fast I would highly recommend going to see paige and tonya if you are ever in a need they are some amazing young ladies

I hate getting loans but if I'm ever in a bind I'll return to this place.. I gave 4 stars because they don't give free money😂 I enjoyed the ladies. They tell you up front what your getting into. Borrow what you can afford to pay back and this is the place for you.

It's a good place to go if you need to borrow money. Staff great , I've never had any complaints, even worked with me if I might be late on a payment...

They are horrible! They will harass you and will call you before your due date will call you a day late and make it seem like your over a month late with how Tonya the manager will talk to you! I have called the supervisor to make a complaint and won’t even get a return call! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGIAN! They need to be shut down!
