Mariner associates are some of the friendliest people I've ever had an experience with in the loan industry. They go out of their way to help get the loan you're looking for.

I have been dealing with Mariner for a while now. Before it was called FMAC. I’ve had excellent treatment at this company. I can’t say enough about how they handle things. It’s always a smooth transaction with no problems. I’ve became close to some of the workers and was treated great. I even talked to them yesterday the 8th and we did everything over the phone and computer. There so friendly and professional and they care about their customers. Just last January I went into the hospital for two weeks and they called my daughter to check up on me and even the manager was concerned about me. It made me feel so good inside. I love dealing with Mariner because of the professionalism and being so friendly. Mariner does everything they can to help someone. I would recommend this company to anyone because there great.

At 53 years old I am trying to do a rebuild on my credit after a couple of bad years. Mariner and there staff specificly kayla in smyrna was very helpfull In guiding me on the right path to take on getting my credit worthiness back. They are very professional and understanding of my situation. I recommend anyone in my situation give them a call.. not bad rates either.

Lauren Souvigney was very patient with my husband and I and answered all my questions and since it was my first time applying for a loan she explained everything so I understood what to expect and what was expected of me as a borrower. She put me at ease and made the process less stressful.

I was able to do my loan over the phone I liked it was easy to complete. The agent did a wonderful job she showed concern she was very helpful.

Keep putting my account in delinquent when it has been paid. They are very unprofessional. Been hung up on by a guy name John, simply cause I was asking questions on my payments. The day of payments they will call to see when you will make payment to your account...mind you its 9am when they open. Can a person not get their day started before this company starts harrassing about payments?!? After my loans are paid I will not get another loan from this company!

This location is incompetent. I left a message for the manager Paige Mooneyham to call me back. The following day I called them back and was told they had no record of my message. In an attempt to speak with Ms. Mooneyham regarding my account I was told she had more emergency situations to worry about other than having to talk to me. Poor customer service. Also my same as cash option was canceled due to not receiving my minimum payment of $100 even though they received my 5th consecutive payment of $600 a few days after the first. Seams like a shady company!!

The. Most. Awful. Service. I. Have. Ever. Experienced! I spoke with three extremely RUDE ladies who could not help me one bit, called me names, and acted down right UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke with their supervisor, who sincerely apologized for their awful behavior. Terrible, terrible, terrible service.
