New to them so far only issue I've had was . I was told I would get a call back three times and every time I had to call them back the next day . Sign papers on Monday hopefully it all works out .. people I have talked to are very friendly and simple application process .... Just the call backs at this point need improvement....

More than a review is a warning that I want to give to all the people who are considering contacting this company for a personal loan. This company is a joke, they take you to the last step to finally deny you the credit. It sends you the offer according to the credit score you have; they start calling you as if you had a real possibility of obtaining the loan and in the end all this is for nothing. Be careful with these people that the only thing they are doing is lowering your credit score.

Mariner does not even deserve this star! Company does not own to their end of the contract. Insurance claim filed and still no response after months. Yet they will ask for a payment. Employees lie all the time. Not to mention they have a attitude when youre asking them about your account. When questions are asked in regards to your account everyone has a different answer. Been waiting for a call from the Manager for weeks. I guess he/she is too busy. Disgrace of a company.
