Came in today for the first time and will never come back to this location. I spoke with Erica over the ph who was very nice and professional. There were two ladies responsible for my bad experience, one with dreads and the other with a short wig and gold tooth. Both rude and ghetto. No professionalism and obviously unable to provide good service to new customers. I walked out.

The service here is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, understanding & approachable, especially Ms. Juanita. If you're in need of a little extra cash in between paydays, I wouldn't recommend any other place.

I have been dealing with this particular branch for a couple years and everytime I come in, I feel like a part of the family. The staff here is amazing and extremely expedient when handling their customers. Even though this is no longer the closest branch to me, they will continue to get my business.
